This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in I had to book an additional room one night for friends of mine the first night was fine but that my friends decided they wanted to stay one more night so I rebooked the room they took the money out of my account and then the hotel themselves canceled the room and never refunded the money to me they are a bunch of thieves do not stay here

一般的なモーテルです。ユニバーサルスタジオ行く際に宿泊しました。中も清潔でユニバーサルまでも歩いて30分ほどです。道の向かいにはパークまで行くバスも出ているので便利です。

這個酒店真是一言難盡，衞生環境真的是住過最差的了，打開門那股味道簡直了，就這樣的酒店還要收取按金，不知道有什麼意義，不會再去了！

We loved our stay here. It was great ! The staff were cool, the hotel was in a great location close to lots of cool places. Wish they had a jacuzzi and breakfast . All in all it was good everything you need is there. I will stay again no question. Thank you !

The rooms were so dirty (accidently dropped a towel to the floor and it telled the truth), old customers food were still in the fridge, electricity worked badly. Weird smell. Laundry doesn't belong to that fee they charge, washing machine, dryer and soap 9 dollars. The box you put the washing soap was full of old soap or there was also mould. The machine where you can get coins was home of cockroaches. Staff was superfriendly on the desk. Old hotel, great place and parkering.

Terrible conditions. No towels, no working tv. Very dirty. Floor coming up in spots. Stained linens.

The staff is amazing & friendly. The shower is hot and the beds are comfy. I was prepared to feel slightly unsafe due to the reviews but that was not the case at all! We barely saw others. Pool was very clean. EXCELLENT location, it was so easy to get to and from universal. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter and we felt safe and comfy the whole time. Steps away from Dairy Queen.

Only stayed in this hotel for one night so not really a fare reflection. It did the job after a long journey. Bed was comfortable. In my opion hotel dated and in need of some tlc. Hotel staff very polite.
