Everything was great. We stayed for four nights. The staff was extremely friendly, always asking if we needed anything, accommodating in any way. I would recommend.

The Holiday Inn Express at Crestwood provided my daughter and me a place to stay outside of Chicago. The rate was great and the staff at the desk/check-in were personable and very helpful. They accommodated a request to give a room key to my daughter who was arriving in the wee hours of the morning. When she arrived she was warmly welcomed and given the key without a hassle. The hotel itself is kind of dated and a little sad. For example, the bathroom door didn't shut; a lamp was without a lightbulb; and the towels were a bit on the skimpy side. But overall, it did the job and the people helped increase the overall rating of my stay.

We got woken up at 8 am to construction above or next to our room. Pool water was chilly as was the air in the pool room BUT service great, everything was clean, and the bed was super comfy! We didn’t stay for breakfast but it smelled yummy.

My stay overall was fine I just didn’t like how they kept charging my card for things that i was not told about even tho I kept my room in great condition.No charges came back to my account after my stay other than my deposit.

Room was out of 1970. Holes in carpet. No coffee stirrers in room with coffee stuff. Bed was a 2 out of 10. Elevator door barely opens (takes like 30 seconds). Just a run down place.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. But took a shower and seen hairs bathroom could be cleaned better. But overall good fabulous breakfast.

Could’ve had a better smell, mold smell in bathroom and some parts of hallway… Bed was out dated and very uncomfortable.

The room was fairly comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was clean. The room had a persistent order that didn’t appear to have a source. It just smelled musty and there was no way to get better ventilation or alleviate the smell.
