The staff are wonderful the don’t mind accommodating you and your family they are clean and courteous and the free breakfast was so good my kids loved it

很喜歡很乾凈 離迪士尼開車10分鐘不到，而且工作人員Nike很nice❤️特別有禮貌樂於幫助解決問題

酒店正在裝修，我住的同一樓層也大面積裝修，到處都是搬出來的傢俱，拆東西剩的紙箱子。會有拆除東西的聲音。酒店除了正面，後面側面也堆的都是傢俱。房間的洗手間浴缸裏有小螞蟻，一放水，居然沖出很多小螞蟻。早餐除了蘋果，橙汁好吃，其他的東西真的很難吃。住的時候，正趕上安娜漢姆有展會，價格還非常貴。

很差勁的酒店，重複收費，離店後擅自扣取信用卡的費用！有房間謊稱沒房間，來回折騰很久，服務態度很差！！

The new owners have a great attitude and great customer service. The hotel has been updated with new carpet furniture and amenities. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the $5 per night parking fee which they were so kind to Waive due to the website not being updated..

Overall we had a good stay. A few things if you are looking for a quiet stay this is not it. You can hear all the walking from the room above and anytime anyone showers you can hear a loud vibration in the walls. The staff was friendly but did not now how to schedule the ART transportation. They gave us a pamphlet and said they didn’t know how it ran. Breakfast was decent.
