I chose this hotel because the rates were decent them upon arrival it was very clean & I was satisfied with my choice. With that being said I work 12 hour days at the Hanger in Tustin and was gone from the hotel all day only to arrive back and find that my candy bag had been opened and some of them eaten. This to me was a violation of my space and trust and then upon making an immediate complaint staff laughed as if it was a joke not apparently understanding the principle behind my anger. This wasn’t about the candy this was about if you would steal a piece of candy open a sealed bag and feel you had the right to do so what else of my belongings would you feel you have the right to be entitled to.

The location is convenient and safe for our needs, plus the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I always love their spa tub. I can spend hours in tub .Its quiet. It's clean. It's affordable. 711/ gas station across the street. Restaurant all around

The hotel is pretty clean for a budget hotel (no pests, towels and sheets were in good condition or new, smells fine, breakfast set up is clean). Perhaps request a room toward the back of the building or on the 3rd floor because my room toward the front was... ok. I've stayed here before and the room this time just seemed more used. I'll probably stay again due to its convenience to the hospital but request a different room

This property was nothing like it showed on the website The worker refused to change our room or fix the situation. I contacted ******* virtual chat and Tony didn’t help at all. I will never use ******* for any of my travel needs! This was the worst experience ever & it ruined my vacation.
