Love coming here. It’s always easy check in and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean as well.

Front desk was rude, I didn’t realize check in was at 3pm, when I went to check in at around 1:30pm the young woman at the front desk said she didn’t know what time a room like mine would become available with no additional information I asked - ok, but there will be one close to bed time?? She said check in is at 3pm, I thanked her and left. Thats all she should have said from the beginning.

Stayed two nights in two rooms. One room the toilet bowl was leaking a consistent drip and the other room the toilet wouldn't flush. Pool was not heated but the hot tub was hot.

Large rooms that would be amazing with some updating. We were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Room could use remodeling especially the couch in the livingroom, it was a disgrace! For the price it served it's purpose. Parking late night was not ideal. Not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms and you are told to "just park in the yellow" right in fromt of the lobby doors. If we don't want to wake up early to move the vehicle then what happens? They would be knocking on our door so we waited around for 15 minutes as someone left and took that space. The area is nice and quiet. We would stay again for a short trip with the kids.

The room was in disrepair. Shower head broke off mid shower. Messy, gross, loud. The peephole was permanently obscured.

There was a little confusion on check in. The person who worked with us was new and not sure what to do. She was absolutely willing and very pleasant. She got us into a room.
All the staff I interacted with were polite and pleasant. Will absolutely stay here again.

My room had a terrible leak Water puddles were on the wooden floor which damaged the floor I reported it to the desk They were going to get back to me for a refund but didn’t

On my two day stay the bdr suite met all my expectations and then some. We were only five minutes from our evening venue at the Toyota Arena. Most restaurants and department stores were within 10 minutes.
