Great hotel at the beach with very friendly staff. Breakfast is fantastic. Also great for stay with children.

櫃檯人員很親切，房間很大，乾淨舒適，私人海灘有點髒沙灘垃圾多，酒店周圍沒什麼吃的，餐廳便利商店要開車大概10分鐘

Umito Plage The Atta Okinawa is an intimate, boutique hotel - just steps away from the sea. I had quite a lovely time there. Many rooms have their own private pools: The 2 Nepalese staff members were very respectful and efficient and spoke very good English, which was a bonus for me. On arrival, I was automatically upgraded, which was very much appreciated. My accommodation was tastefully decorated and spacious. My dinner (extra charge & ordered before arrival) and breakfast (included) were served in my in-unit private dining room. Both meals were really delicious and plentiful. The hotel is in a very quiet and “isolated” spot, which is part of its charm. It worth noting that The Okinawa Resident Prefectural Forest is across the road and is worth spending some time there. I will return for a longer stay next time. Very highly recommend!

This Was One Of The Best Villas I Have Stayed At. The Staff Was Very Friendly and Amazing. The Villa Was Very Clean And Our Room Was On The Third Floor With A Pool. Me and Mu Family Loved it And Did Not Want To Leave.

小規模なホテルではありますが、部屋のグレードは非常に高いです。 内装もおしゃれでアメニティもしっかりしています。 プライベートプールもテンションが上ります。 また、ドラム式洗濯機が室内にあるので、 長期滞在では非常に重宝すると思います。 食事は室内でフレンチをいただきましたが、 非常に美味しかったです。 サービスは今回、外国人の方でしたが非常に丁寧で親しみのある 接客でとても親切にしていただきました。 家族やカップルで楽しめる非常に良いホテルだと思います。

新しくできた、部屋数の少ないホテル 窓が広いが、外の海はプライベート感満載で、あまり外を気にしなくてよい。 部屋には、小さなキッチンと洗濯機があり ありがたい。 車からは、自分で荷物運びます。 サービスを期待しなければよい。 食事は、一般的です。

スタッフの接客が全体的にイマイチ。
慣れてないのかな？と思うくらい話す時緊張しているのが伝わってきた。
夜ご飯の食器も下げられることなく朝食が来るまでそのまま。普通取りに来るのでは？
場所もGoogleマップで調べると全然違う所に辿り着き問い合せたところ、Googleマップの住所では着かないと。直すべきでは？
部屋はまあまあ綺麗でした。
ただ窓の水垢やシャワーの水垢などちょこちょこ汚く、もっと清掃に力を入れた方がいいと思いました。部屋に着くまでの廊下もクーラーがついておらず暑かったです。
1番いいお部屋を取らせてもらいご飯も付けたのでまあまあいいお値段したのにその接客か。とガッカリしました。もう泊まることはないです。
