It’s unfit. Not clean. Pool is freezing cold. Bathrooms have mold in them. Couldn’t find staff to express problems to because they were always hiding somewhere… I shouldn’t have to call someone to get a front desk attendant. Their job is to be at the front desk not hiding some where!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again, but might bring my own breakfast as only carbs and sugary options.

Rooms needs improvement, breakfast need improvement. Staff hard to find most of the time. Needs new key cards everyday. Pool heater didn’t work. Overall not a great experience. Lovely town and people. Just needs improvements and would be successful

This hotel is not being maintained properly. The pool and hot tub were out of order and disgusting. The cleaning is questionable. The bed frame was broken. The whole place smelled like **** and cigarette smoke. I found a switchblade in my room when I arrived. People were sleeping in the lobby overnight on the common couch.

Nice hotel to stay in. Very clean. Good breakfast also. Highly recommend. Receptionist was very polite. The location is very convenient. There are many places around the hotel to dine or shop. Love Onalaska!!!

Hot tub was warm like bath water, definitely not hot. As a result, was very cloudy and therefore I didn’t use it. Was never provided wi-fi password. Every time I went to the front desk it was not occupied so I gave up trying to obtain the password. Overall decent for the price. But if you’re looking to use the hot tub, steer away.

I recommend this hotel for vacation and business. Shopping nearby, less than 1 mile for shopping, you could walk to many shopping stores and convenient stores. I chose this hotel because it was close to my assignment, but didn’t realize how convenient it was to everything.

Quiet room, close to shopping, restaraunts, entertainment and sight seeing. Better than most at this price point. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And for a hotel breakfast we found it all to be well stocked and fresh.

Very spacious room!! Nice amenities like hot cocoa bar in lobby. Clean and quiet facility. Breakfast was better than most and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.
