The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
The staff were friendly at reception and in the breakfast room.
We attended the NYE event and although I had requested to be seated with friends, this was not the case and we had to move tables and chairs around.
The buffet food was ok although I think there should have been more set out as I queued for 40 minutes to get food.
We were also amazed to be told, by a member of staff, that we could only have one piece of cake. At £50 per ticket we found this disappointing.

房間夠大，就是洗手枱有點小，放不下化粧包
衞生間的毛巾架是熱的，不用擔心毛巾潮濕，而且洗點小東西掛上麪很好乾
酒店設施比較新，停車場免費，車位不多，但是住客也不是很多，能停下車。
在一個院子裏挨着酒店就是餐廳，味道不錯
有機會還會繼續入住

Room was comfortable, bathroom was dirty with dried toothpaste left on the sink.
Service in the bar was awful. It was like the chef didn't know what was on the menu, starter was wrong. Main was wrong, when they eventually delivered a "pie" it was in a bowl with a layer of uncooked pastry and a slice of cheese on top.

Generally fine nice room but annoyingly no hair dryer (another guest in reception same problem). Dinner was pretty grim chicken Katsu curry barely any sauce and big chunks of undercooked peppers.

This was my third stay in last year at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean rooms and comfortable too. I will be staying here again.

Stay was very comfortable, the receptionist was extremely helpful. Only couple of complaints, it was being decorated outside my room and the plastic sheeting they had put down was very noisy in the morning as people walked by. My room was directly above reception and the outside lighting coming through the window was too bright even with the curtains closed. It was like I had the bedroom light on.
