Wat een luxe!!! Het hotel is prachtig, we werden ontvangen met verfrissende handdoekjes en de service is fantastisch. De kamer in de prachtige tuin (met buitendouche, ligbad en alle denkbare amenities) is super comfortabel (lekker zacht bed). Een ervaring die we graag langer dan 1 dag hadden willen ervaren.

Such a gorgeous place to stay! The rooms were amazing, the beds were so big and comfortable. It was very pretty and well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We wish we could have stayed longer - would definitely recommend a few nights here to really enjoy the relaxing facilities after safari. The food was excellent and we enjoyed relaxing in the bar after dinner. The infinity pool was lovely with local music being played.

Top hotel with excellent service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bungalows were in very good condition, very spacious and well equipped. Spent there one night only as a stopover on our way to Serengeti but would definitely go there again to check out more.

The lodge featured one of the most splendid carriage homes I've ever experienced. The culinary team, including our chef and servers, along with the entire staff, were outstanding. The meals were exquisite, the accommodations were pristine, and every aspect of our stay was beyond perfect. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set our experience apart.

This was a charming lodge that is full of friendly and helpful staff. It is definitely "old school" in its decor and furnishings but was an ambiance that felt welcoming. The food was excellent and the staff helped us learn Swaheli words. Innocence was one of our waiters and did a great job. Asante sana! The view was lovely from the pool area and the pool itself was clean and welcoming after a day in the crater. The hotel was very accessible for the game drives and in always a good 4 star hotel.

We stayed in 5 different lodge on our 8 day northern safari circuit - all of them were good but this one was outstanding. I was sorry that we only had one night i could have stayed for at least a week! Rooms luxurious, clean and lots of little extras, large comfortable beds, excellent food, and 5 star customer service. Peaceful location and a lovely relaxing infinity pool.

Oldeani is one of several Wellworth properties at which we have stayed over several years and so we have a frame of reference to consider the features of Oldeani. What an exquisite lodge this is! It is rather similar to the Wellworth Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge. The main building at Oldeani is spectacular and spectacularly decorated in an array of traditional furnishings mixed with African art and artifacts. The main dining room and lounge areas are baronial in character, very formal but still not stiff and unwelcoming. The pool is formal, but the surrounding terrace is a wonderful place for afternoon and evening cocktails. From the pool area, one can see the outer wall of Ngorongoro Crater. The villas are spread out over a large garden area full of tropical flowers and trees. Each villa is elegantly decorated, continuing the theme of traditional furnishings accented with Africana. The service and cuisine are excellent, superior in all respects. If you do not wish to walk to and from your villa to the main building, the friendly staff gladly take you in a golf cart. This is a beautiful, sophisticated but welcoming lodge, something truly special on the safari circuit. The birds love this place too. You can see African lovebirds nesting in the rafters, while sunbirds and weavers are active in the gardens.

Very nice lodge outside. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Good was the best that we’ve had across four lodges we visited while in Tanzania. We had a small problem with the room but they took care of it immediately. Rooms themselves are beautiful and quite large. Wife loved outdoor shower.

Wow that is a beautiful, top notch hotel (even more so coming after a week in the Maasai Mara and Serengeti). Huge central reception, lounge, bar, restaurant with an Africa - safari look and feel. Big deck and pool. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Rooms were very nice - essentially freestanding high end bungalows set on the grounds. Spacious, big deck, huge bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, comfy bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful - Rehema was awesome. About an hour or so to the Ngorongoro Crater - we saw other lodges closer but frankly this place was so nice it was well worth the hour drive. Great food - buffet for breakfast - multi course meal at lunch and dinner. Good boxes lunches available if you are out on a game drive. Great spot.
