it was quite clean, and the staff was very friendly. breakfast was standard during covid season. for the price, I highly recommend.

We were placed in room 427 originally. The window whistled and howled the whole time. Finally we called to switch rooms and they put us in a room that had stains on the bed and we had problems with the light in the bathroom. This facility double charged my card, however they fixed it immediately. The floors and carpet were very dirty, and the breakfast was bad. One of the chairs threw a lady in the floor when she tried to stand up. I will not be staying here again, it was a miserable night. They did compensate us some, but not enough to make up for the check list of problems.

Looked new and very clean. Nice rooms, good window shade, nice shower, great bed. Breakfast had great selections.

For my first time in Oklahoma I was impressed wirh my stay at the Tru Hilton. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The TV reception was out for some of the channels, so I had to go to a restaurant to watch the baseball playoff game.
Also, the electronic key locks all froze up, so I had to go to the front desk multiple time to have my card re-initialized.

The thermostat would not hold the set temperature.

My fiancé left her sweater in our room. Very difficult to get hotel on the phone. Filed a case but have not seen email response.

The staff is amazing. I can see how some stuff needs updated and there is no pool but the staff is super friendly and makes staying here fun!
