酒店挺乾淨的，早餐不錯。前台服務一般，shuttle需要提前24小時預訂才可以

Would not give us fresh towels everyday plus 3 people in room only two towels would not give us an extra towel

The management has failed to set a standard of good communication with staff to have customer consideration. This led them to going into my room and putting all my stuff in bag and then calling me when they had previously told me to book the extra day online which I did. They then said that the manager required that I also had to go to the desk to sign for it first. Terrible communication and customer care. I would NEVER stay there again!!!!

Check in the guy was more interested in his phone and then when came after dark there was no parking light lights to see to walk to the front entrance.

Ad said airport shuttle but no shuttle front desk person was rude if you don’t like it cancel the reservation cost 20bucks to get here this chain of hotels lost my business forever!

Poor property maintenance outside of the building. Weeds and poor lighting in the parking lot. No, daily room cleaning at all. Breakfast choices are very poor.

It smelled terrible in our room. Like someone cooked a 45 course Indian style buffet for a family of 60 in that room we stayed in. The beds were good, I could tell they changed the sheets. There was still trash under the couch and the bathroom door was filthy. The breakfast was egg patties, biscuits, cereal, waffle or toast. Staff was super nice.

Upon arrival, the staff was very rude and stayed that way trough the duration of our stay. Our room had nasty stains and leftover trash. The worst part was the moldy hot tub and pool that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. To top it off, the workout equipment in the gym was falling apart and the saunas lights weren’t working.
Don’t stay here, there are plenty of places that are nicer and even cheaper.

We did not have the best stay here. Our room was dirty the toilet did not properly flush. We ended up not even staying the 2nd night due to all of this. They sent the maintenance guy up but he could not properly fix the toilet and we asked several times about it and they just didn’t care that it didn’t flush properly. Just a terrible stay do not recommend.
