離開機場不遠 前台非常熱情 房間也很乾凈 就是好像空調不制熱
房間很大 去機場暫住一晚沒問題

Nice property that must have been just redone. Great price. Easy access to the airport and interstates. The staff was super friendly. A little hard to find using Mapquest.

i love the staff - very friendly.
Was disappointed that there is no shuttle service and i found out it only the same day i have to come.
i understand that management changes but i expected the service that had been promised. Especially in my departure at night flight when uber 3 times cancel my booking to reach me to the airport. working at hospitality industry i see that rooms need renovation or deep cleaning as shampoo the carpet and Maintenace attention. In my room were some issues as broken front door stopper, painting the ceiling in bathroom, toilet valve is week, definitely need shampoo the carpet and couches.
it's possible to do in slow season.
However, all these issues didn't ruin my overall experience.
Friendly and responsible staff made my staying fun and relaxed.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The front desk staff knew we had already paid for the room through ******* & promised that we wouldn’t be charged again. That was not true because they charged us a second time after check out. The hotel had gone from a Hyatt Place when we booked/paid to now being the OKC Airport Hotel & Suites. Even though the room was purchased in advance, they refused to reverse the second charge.

The staff was nice. However, I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had baby cots in the amenities, I requested it and it wasn’t in the room when I arrived. I’ve stayed at other hotels that will have it in the room before. When I asked, the guy at the front desk was very nice but he said he had to go find it. The room was as clean as it could’ve been, not very well vacuumed, there were pieces of paper or random debris in some corners and the carpet had huge stains. Also, the throw blanket by the couch had some mystery sticky thing with a hair sticking out. It honestly looked like wax. It grossed me out and I really wanted to ask for another room but didn’t want to go through the trouble. It however made me question the cleanliness of everything else. I would not book this place again.

The room was very nice, large, clean and comfortable with a king bed and a separate area with a couch, TV, desk and a countertop with its own sink and of course, a coffee maker. The only down side was that there is not much in the way of restaurants, shops, bars, etc on the property. If however, your main priority is a nice, very comfortable, clean room in which to sleep and relax, this place would be a great choice.
