Did not understand why they charge me a $50 fee extra then they returned it to me , i will not be staying at these hotels anymore!

Arrived at 8pm and was barely spoken to, only the minimum to find my reservation and provide room keys. I was put inthe very first room on the first floor. It is a handicapped accessible room that I did not request. Roll-in shower (no tub) so water everywhere. Very loud with hallway/lobby noise until about 2am. No hair dryer in room so had to go out at 5:30am to request one. Had an early departure so no breakfast. Seeing the area I now know there are better and closer options for an airport stay.

The building walls are paper thin. Baby crying all night next to me. Asked to be put in a quiet area. The housekeeping crew banging around in the morning. No courtesy to guests. Will not suggest to others to stay there.

Our stay was perfect!
The staff was friendly and helpful, our room clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast offered was amazing - the variety and quality of the food top notch, I was quite impressed.

It was dirtier than it has been in the past. Chalked that up to the recent bad weather. Unfortunately this is consistently the worst breakfast out of all the places I visit. Probably going to change my hotel for my next OKC stop despite this being the perfect location for me.
