Hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. They even recommended places to go to/activities to do.

Stay was great. Only complaint is the person (or staff possibly) left a cigarette butt in the shower.

The staff was great, definitely overwhelmed/worked. They could really shine if they were fully-staffed. The only parking is valet, that had pro's and cons. Not enough parking for loading and unloading. And the guest coming and going at the same time made it stressful for guest and staff.
Overall it was a okay place with okay rooms.

great location, short walk from bricktown. Fitness room and pool were both closed, which was a little disappointing. Parking fees are absurd, but you can park on street. would have liked to have had my room cleaned while I was there.

The gym and pool were closed. We found out upon arrival. When we asked if we could please get a late checkout the lady informed us the hotel was booked so no.
When the lady checked us in she told us about the pool and gym and then said please don’t yell at me like the last lady it’s only my 3rd day.
Wouldn’t go back here if I had the option.

Nice place. Very convenient location to get around OKC downtown. The heat took a long time to get our room comfortable. Also, theres only one microwave per floor and its in the hall by the elevator. Otherwise, the place is great for a getaway to explore OKC

It was good overall. Valet parking was fast although a little pricey. Breakfast was fair. But service and staff were great. Did have a water line break in the morning and fire alarms go off. But thankfully we were leaving and awake. If not, would have been very annoying. But those things are out of hotels control. So rating not based on that.

First off when we arrived we were told the pool was down for maintenance which was not true it was a complete remodel of the pool area so it was not for use! I feel it should have been told it was to remodel area not just the pool being down for maintenance! Also we paid for the High Floor and was given 2nd floor! The blackout blind in the room was broken so had to sleep with bright lights shining into our room! If I had the choice I would not stay again which is sad most Hyatt’s are really but for what you pay and for the amenities to not be available is disappointing!!
