We were able to stay with satisfaction overall. ○ Room Stay in the deluxe room on the fifth floor. The scenery is great, you can see both the east coast and the west coast. The sunrise on the east coast was also very beautiful. Also, on linen, I used better than grade and felt more value than price. ○ The pool with a pool resort feeling was relatively empty and comfortable because it was very large. Hotel is good, but English there so poor, so hard to communicate and everything by scheduled time (wanna sail a boat - only at this time, swim this time and many things by concrete time). It’s Insane, I come for rest and want to relax and manage my time as I want, but there it’s impossible. And about punctuality: it’s fake, bus late and instead of spendiy1hour 30min on the way to the hotel it was riding for 2hours and 30minutes, it was too slow, nobody said sorry or apologised for this. Service is so so. Long queues for check in and too slow. Hotel has no own transfer to or from the airport!

The scenery is really the best. You could see the ocean right from your room, and you could see the sunrise in your room. The front desk staff was so good at English that I was very surprised. (It was the best English I met in Japan) We checked in the evening and asked if we had a meal, and it helped me a lot by explaining the restaurant's restaurants in detail. There is a large communal bath, so you can use it freely, but you don't have a towel in the large communal bath. I ate breakfast and it's just okay. I think the coffee tasted really good. Everything was good, but it was a bit unfortunate because there was no elevator in the resort. However, when you enter the room, the staff lifted all the luggage, so it was only hard to come down ^^ ;; We also recommend visiting the Okinawa Salt Factory, not far from the property. Not only do you visit the salt factory, you can also walk to the mountain in front of the factory for a nice view. Recommended if you go for a relaxing and quiet rest. There are no facilities around, so if you plan to eat around, you should think again.

Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

This is the third time to use this time. The hot springs were renewed and the bathhouse was large. The quality of the spring is also a good quality hot spring with skin. I enjoyed Segway and go cart, but this is also very fun. You can use it at a fairly low price (2000 yen / 30 minutes) from other facilities. I used breakfast, but there were many kinds and it was delicious. The staff was very hospitality and we were able to enjoy the resort mood as well as the facilities. Table tennis is free to use, so I will try to play tennis next time. There are some people who write about the weather, such as the number of customers, the poor private beach, and the weather, but it is not related to the hotel evaluation. It is a recommended resort.

This hotel has huge room, clean and with a bath tub, although the exterior looks old. They also provide bath powder for you. This hotel is recommended for people who rent car and drive around Okinawa. The bus stop is about 15minutes walk from the hotel. However, the hotel staff is very kind to send us to the bus stop by car every morning. Inform them the day before where you will be going and they even print out guide to the places. Bus rides to the tourist places like the aquarium and international street takes about an hour. There are restaurants and family mart about 8 minutes walk away at affordable price. The inconvenience of this hotel is greatly compensated by the hospitality of this hotel. it felt like a home stay. Do try their breakfast at 600yen :) They also gave us souveniers to bring home :) Thank you for taking care of us during our stay :)

I stayed here for a couple of days while waiting for my ship to arrived, the room was clean and comfortable, good restaurant in the hotel with good food, the Zoo, bars and shops in walking distance to the hotel, friendly staff, Internet signal was not too strong in my room I had to stand by the desk. But I recommend this place if you are looking for a place in the city that is clean and affordable.
