Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.

Wir waren schon mehrmals für ein paar Nächte im Hotel zum Schwan. Es hat uns sonst gut gefallen. Diesesmal muss ich allerdings sagen, dass die Angestellte unfreundlich war, leider richtig genervt wenn man als Gast auschecken wollte. Auch vorher kam kein guten Morgen. Leider wurde auch um 8:30 h kein Rührei mehr nach gebracht. Obwohl man von 8 - 10:30 h frühstücken konnte. Mit Frühstück werden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

The meeting hotel is 15 minutes walk from the S/RE train station and Berlin Mitte is therefore reachable in about one hour. Great location near a lake. Very green, with parking facilities. Check-in and service in general very friendly. Room spacious but spartany and without charm. No spray water on the room, no water cooker or coffee machine. TV with standard broadcasts without HD. Internet easy to connect and quick enough. No stings near the bed. No thick uppers, only additional cloud covers in the closet. In general, therefore, useful but without spirit. Breakfast from the offer is plenty, from the presentation is delicate. Service attentive. It is referred to newspapers at the reception.

Wir waren schon mehrmals für ein paar Nächte im Hotel zum Schwan. Es hat uns sonst gut gefallen. Diesesmal muss ich allerdings sagen, dass die Angestellte unfreundlich war, leider richtig genervt wenn man als Gast auschecken wollte. Auch vorher kam kein guten Morgen. Leider wurde auch um 8:30 h kein Rührei mehr nach gebracht. Obwohl man von 8 - 10:30 h frühstücken konnte. Mit Frühstück werden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.
