Lo único un poco malo es que te pierdes entre pasillos!! Y el ascensor lento lento. El resto perfecto todo.

La ubicación perfecta al lado del puerto, rodeado de restaurantes, muy limpio, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones estupendas. En el restaurante se cena muy bien.

It was the cheapest hotel on our entire trip and it wasn’t the worst by far! We got our room in what seemed to be the “new” area and it was spacious, clean and quiet! The spa was lovely too and my friends massage a total bonus on the experience! We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was all a great experience! We decided to go down to the buffet breakfast and it was a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the facilities: toasters weren’t working properly, cereal selection was a bit poor, but that’s just been picky! I would 100% come back!

Escapada de finde estupenda, cogimos Escapada Romántica y quedamos encantados, nos gustó mucho el detalle d la decoración romántica, la cena muy rica y abundante, el personal super atento tanto en recepción, spa..... super profesionales. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos😍

Estuvimos éste fin de semana mi pareja y yo y el secador de la habitación estaba estropeado y en recepción nos dejaron otro ..cuidado q me llamaron después d dejar el hotel q si por equivocación nos habíamos llevado un secador y gracias a q tenían cámaras se dieron cuenta d q no era así Cuidado si os dejan algo y pedirle un recibo cuando lo entreguéis para q no os traten d ladrones como quisieron hacer con nosotros....otra cosa no te recomiendo ir por primera vez acompañado si aún no tenéis mucha confianza ya q el cuarto d baño está justo al lado d la cama y como no estés muy bien del estómago a ver con q cara sales d ahí

En general, bastante decepcionante. La habitación estaba sucia y de hecho había bichos que andaban paseando por ahí… menos mal que ha sido una noche, porque las almohadas incomodidimas… en cuanto al spa, echábamos carreras para llegar a los chorros libres.. estaba a rebosar de gente.. sinceramente, yo no volvería.

Decidimos probar el spa del Hotel Norat O Grove y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Tanto la atención a la llegada como el trato y la predisposición a lo largo de la estancia han sido de 10. Destacamos la profesionalidad y amabilidad de las personas que nos hicieron los masajes, quedamos encantados con Fernando y la otra chica (no recordamos el nombre). Muchisimas gracias!! Repetiremos seguro.

Trato excelente,todo perfecto,la atención y masajes por parte de los profesionales del spa inmejorable,sin duda para repetir y aconsejar,desayunos muy buenos y el spa pequeño pero muy completo,cama cómoda y todo muy limpio
