Our two nights experience at this beautiful Cottage was a amazing experience on Cold Days & Nights of December ❄️ The location is very conveniently reachable from the Main Road towards Nuwara Eliya town with 4Km through the beautiful Mountains of Bambarakelle and Tea Plantation in the Shanti pura town Breathtaking views including a glimpse of the Adams Peak from one side and the Tea Plantations The staff very friendly and very caring and a special note on the Professional Chef Kannan who goes out of his way to prepare & cook your meals so delicious with good quantity & quality taste Our stays was surrounded with heavycold rainy weather & heavy wind blowing specially in the nights which was another interesting experience The Rooms are spacious and comfortable with heaters and other necessary requirements to make the stay comfortable as possible. We stayed at the Top floor in the Attic which was very cozy and breathtaking views but of course the stairs to the Attic is steep and you need to watchful on you climb up & go down The Toilets are very clean with hot water and spacious Overall we will recommend visitors to stay in this beautiful Cottage on right up in the Bambrakelle Mountains and experience a memorable holiday in Nuwara Eliya ❤️

Cute little place to relax at Shanthipura, Nuwara Eliya. We really enjoyed our stay plus the customer service of Chef Kannan,Kalana & Sasi and the amazing, yummy cuisines of Chef Kannan. Can recommend for anyone without a doubt and will surely visit again after your renovations and latest additions and changes as well. Love the surrounding and the view as well. Lots of places to visit around. Few suggestions: If you all can have Air Coolers/Conditioners/Water Glasses/Bean Bags/Mirror, a small wardrobe, dustbins inside rooms/Balcony areas to all the lofts to relax & to have food with covering areas during rains and also some live stations and music during meals, it would be even better during your renovation process takes place. All the best guys! ❤️

Our visit to The Blackberry Cottage was a bliss! 🥹❤️ The views, the colours, the temperature, the food, the forest hike, the cutest room and the chefs garden. Not to forget the customer service! Everything was just out of a book, PERFECT! 😩 I was so sad to leave, the 2 nights went by way too soon. Getting into the details, the place is just beautiful inside-out and the rooms in the cottage as well as the aesthetics and setting is super cute and well thought. 10/10 for whoever decided on the interior! And the food!!! 😩 I don’t even usually like rice and curry but you’ve got to try the traditional rice and curry here. It’s nothing like you’ve had before. I still think of that batu moju (brinjal pickle) time to time. 🤤 What I’m trying to say is that the food is beyond great, you’ll fall in love with dishes you don’t usually like, it’s THAT GREAT. Importantly, I’m super picky with bathrooms and you don’t have to worry here. 😌 The bathrooms are sanitized before you go and are squeaky clean and minimal. The nicest part is that the Blackberry cottage will also arrange a local guide to explore the forest area nearby that is just walking distance and We sure had fun taking the hike! Make sure to do that too when you visit🙊 Totally worth going and checking this place out! A complete detox from the busy cities and 9 to 5 work life. 🫠🤍

Amazing place for a getaway! Love the cozy atmosphere, amazing views and the service at blackberry cottage is really good. Had the best time with my husband! Would recommend the place especially for couples! 10/10 service!

I recently stayed at Blackberry Cottage in Nuwara Eliya and had a fantastic experience. The view from the cottage was absolutely breathtaking, with lush greenery and stunning landscapes all around. The food served at the cottage was undoubtedly the best I've had in the area, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Moreover, the staff provided exceptionally friendly and attentive service, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Blackberry Cottage to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Worst place ever. We booked for 12th August and paid the advance 10000/= feel disgusting at the first moment we went. Rooms are small and they can't explain exactly path to reach the place. We cancelled our reservation and asked our advance payment back. Still did not received it from this හිඟන මිනිස්සුගෙන්. සල්ලී අපිට නොදි ඉන්න හිතන්න එපා. මෙකේ review දාන්නේ තව කෙනෙක්ට පෙන්න. හිඟන මිනිස්සු මේ වගේ තැන් කරන්න පටන් ගත්තම වෙන දේවල් මේවා..ජාරම තැනක. කුකුල් කූඩුවක් වගේ. තමා අපේ සල්ලී අපිට deposit කරේ නෑ. අපි room එක use කරෙත් නෑ. දැකපු ගමන්ම reservation එක cancel කරා. හිඟන වැඩ. සල්ලී නොදි ඉන්න තරම් හිඟන්නු.. චික් යන්න ඉන්න කෙනෙක් උනත් යන්න එපා. ඊට වඩා හොඳයි Baron Luxury Boutique කියන තැන. Best place. Blackberry cottage එක කරන හිඟන්නුට හැරෙනවත් බෑ ඒ මිනිස්සුන්ගෙ service එකත් එක්ක..

The place was more than what we expected with my partner. The host is really professional and extremely friendly. I will remember for a long it's great bbq kebabs and the evening we spent tasting wine and having fun. The entire place and room are cozy, and the view is breathtaking.
