It is the so big hotel. Room also.

Het hotel is fantastisch, ik ben eerst aangekomen en de verwelkoming was heel tof. Dan zijn we naar de kamer gegaan en het bed is super comfortabel en het uitzicht was wow. Uiteindelijk zijn we gaan eten en dat was overheerlijk er is voor iedereen iets. Dankjewel

Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doet alles om je behulpzaam te zijn. Wij hadden met name goede ervaringen met Akila van de receptie die snel begrijpt wat je echt nodig hebt en onderneemt meteen actie! Het hotel zelf straalt “Aziatische “ luxe uit wat neerkomt op groots, pompeus en veel, zonder echte verfijning.

Het hotel bestaat uit drie grote blokken, verbonden door gangen, in een strakke minimalistische architectuur. De sfeer is er naar ons gevoel erg grimmig: bewakers aan de poort en in het hotel, bagage en gasten door de scanner, een enorme pompeuze front desk. Ook de kamers zijn minimalistisch ingericht, er is wel elektrische verwarming maar warm water is maar voor een beperkte periode per dag beschikbaar. Vooral de akoestische isolatie laat te wensen over: schuiven van zware stoelen, het geping van de liften, gasten die roepen in de gangen. . . alles gaat heel ver. De bediening in het a la carte restaurant was traag, maar de kwaliteit van het eten was goed. Ook het dinerbuffet was ruim en van goede kwaliteit. Na onze trip naar Horton Plains was de kamer - na de normale checkout tijd - nog beschikbaar voor een douche.

The approach road to the hotel is not very good. The rooms are scantly furnished as compared the size of the rooms. The heating is required sometimes. There is quite a variety of veg and non-veg dishes some of which you may find to your taste. The staff is hospitable.

Wow what an amazing place specially thanks to mr. Sudeera general manager and the restaurant bar manager mr santhush. I travel every month around the srilanka the foods was so fresh and the staff is very friendly an have very beautiful view. Finally a very special thanks to mr Ruwan GM of Araliya hotels

I recently stayed at Hotel Red Araliya and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I want to give a special thanks to Kavi, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Kavi made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile. Good location in the center of Nuwara Eliya. Hotel rooms, facilities, and services are great. One of the few hotels in Sri Lanka which has good Indian food. Special thanks to Chamith Yashinka and Nimesh Dilshan for their excellent service.
