Blackpool Hotel in Nuwara Eliya is a beautiful gem. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was exceptional, and the hotel's garden was a lovely place to unwind with its vibrant flowers. Overall, a delightful experience!

This hotel was fantastic and we had a lovely stay just a shame we only stayed for one night! The pool was nice, towels were provided and the staff all very helpful. There was a lot to choose at the restaurant in the evening and Pravee was very friendly and helpful. An excellent hotel with well furnished rooms.

Its very good place to must visit and tasty foods and very friendly,supportive starff specialy a staff member name THUSHAN is very very support to us and he gave lovly smile to all guests who visited to the place...room also very clean and neat..highly recommend hotel in the nuwaraeliya town..

The service is excellent, the food too good to be true, the smiles unforgettable for life, we’ve been coming to Blackpool since yrs now, nothing has changed the service, the staff we love them all loads 👌👌👌👌 We could even sleep on the outside coz you guys hv become family now We have to leave today sadly as you’ll are fully booked today 🥺 Keep striving. Big Thank u to Mr Bandula, Chef Gihan Thomas and Chef Tharindu team for feeding us the best food in the world, Mr Dilan, Mr Chandrakumar restaurant Manager and team Praveen, Thusanthan, Viraj, Charitha, Chamindhu, Mahesh, Adhitya, Big Big Thank u 🙏

Everything is great at the hotel and the view was even better! It's a great experience! When you go to the restaurant please ask for Dhushanthan, he's the nicest person I've met and always with a bright smile and ready to help you anytime! Overall this was a wonderful experience.

Great hospitality from front desk to restaurant,housekeeping and everyone. Room was cozy and clean. They even arranged us some freshly picked vegetables from their own garden when we asked. Unfortunately there was no buffet due to low guest count and we had a set menu but they asked us if there are any requests. I will rate them 5 stars with no hesitation

We had a great stay here. We got the best rooms with the view. The food were excellent. The service was excellent. The weather was awesome.The staff was friendly. The welcomed us friendly. We will visit again. We recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is one of the best we have been in in Sri Lanka, they welcomed us with a sweet blessing ritual as we entered, the staff is very nice and can speak good English, they decorated the room with flowers for our honeymoon, waiting staff especially madhushanka was very good and helpful! I recommend
