房間很大 可以攤開三個大行李
離地鐵站不遠
早餐很豐盛 很值得花10歐吃吃
要上電梯需要自己扛六層小樓梯
一樓有廁所 如果房間不夠使用可以來用
插頭要注意是圓頭的

Wij hadden dit hotel uitgekozen als overnachtingsmogelijkheden onderweg naar Oostenrijk, we hadden een extra nacht geboekt om ook naar de kers**arkt te kunnen, perfecte keuze geweest, gastvrij en behulpzaam

We visited Nürnberg Chris**asmarket and stayed at Hotel Cristal for the second time.
It is perfectly located rather close to city center. Metro stop is within just 5 minutes walk and trip to city center takes approx 10 minutes.
Hotel is nice and clean, staff is very friendly.
Neighborhood is safe and there is no traffic noise thus sleeping is good.
Breakfast is very good.
Whenever we will visit Nürnberg again we will definitely choose this hotel.

The only reason why we stayed here was the 24 hour taxi to the hotel. Upon checking in we were told that absolutely they do not do transportation service to the airport. We were told to take a taxi or the subway. Secondly, we were assured that all taxis in Nuremberg acept credit cards. We had told them our original taxi did not take credit cards. They stood fast in their opinion that all taxis do take credit cards. I needed to take a taxi at 4 o’clock in the morning. The receptionist told me to walk around the city with my bags. If the taxi they did show up did not accept credit cards. To find an A** at 4 o’clock in the morning in order to pay the taxi. The taxi did pick me up at 4 o’clock in the morning. And as I feared, they did not accept credit card yments. Thankfully I was able to get €15 from a family member in order to pay them. The taxi driver was lovely because he drove me all the way to the airport, accepting the 15 euros as well. It would’ve cost 20. Without a tip.

Good value for money, very friendly staff. Some rooms can be a bit noisy while loud groups enter and exit the hotel. Cheap and transparent mini-bar pricing: All items are EUR 1.50. And I cannot believe that I'm required to write 220 characters!

Stayed for two nights with my husband. Room was sufficient in size with excellent storage space. Reasonably priced mini bar. Parking available on the street, for 3 euro at the property and additional park houses in the area. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Underground rail 5 minute or less walk from property. Numerous shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The negative items-bed was extremely uncomfortable. Seriously, worse I've experienced in many years. Also, no water kettle in the room which really surprised me, my bad for not checking, but such a small items would have really enhanced the stay especially since it was extremely cold outside and a hot beverage would have been delightful after a day of site seeing. The staff was very pleasent and called a restaurant for us to make a reservation.

Hotel Cristal is reliable and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious! The hotel has a wonderful self-serve coffee machine in addition to coffee prepared and brought to the table. We stayed in summer when it was especially hot. There is no AC, so we had to keep our windows open - lots of noise from then major street nearby. I would stay there again.

Good value for money. Very friendly staff. Depending on location of room there can be quite some noise from the corridor when loud groups enter and exit the hotel.
