O hotel é mal conservado. O quarto que nos ofereceram não correspondeu às descrições e fotos do site. Mas de um modo geral, é bom para quem está de passagem. E tem um bom custo/benefício.

O quarto, de maneira geral, era bom. No entanto, achei a cama pequena e me deu a impressão que estava um pouco torta, dando a sensação do colchão estar inclinado para um lado.

Chegamos no dia a noite e não tinha como parar o carro na porta do hotel para descer as malas e minha mãe (que é cadeirante) simplesmente as entradas para embarque e desembarque estavam trancadas com carros estacionados de hóspedes e as pessoas da recepção não sabiam o “porque” que os carros estavam ali, simplesmente um absurdo. O colchão da cama era duro, nosso quarto estava com a maçaneta do banheiro quebrada (estava sem) . Café da manhã razoável Não voltaríamos e não recomendamos

Hotel é bem localizado, bonita fachada e com bom atendimento mas, os quartos em sua maioria precisam ser reformados! Sua estrutura é antiga, parece que há anos não existe investimento neste sentido e pararam no tempo Tem um bom café da manhã!

Uma fachada que eu adoro e uma localização super especial, o Novo Hamburgo Hotel é uma hospedagem clássica da cidade, com ótimo atendimento e um café da manhã delicioso. Destaco novamente o local onde está instalado, pois além do fácil acesso para visitantes, também é perfeito para aproveitar bem a cidade, seja em direção ao centro, bairro histórico, ou zona rural.

Bom custo benefício, única atenção é que possui quartos sem reformar ( com carpete antigo) e quartos novos ( ótimos). Se for reservar, cheque sobre a preferência pelos quartos reformados. Atendimento excelente de toda a equipe. Bem localizado em Novo Hamburgo

Hotel muito mal cuidado. Os quartos estão muito depreciados. A limpeza é razoável, mas tudo muito velho. O atendimento foi rápido, mas o custo é alto pelo que oferece. Muito ruim. Não sei se todos os quartos, mas o nosso estava terrível. Não recomendo. O ruim é que a cidade não tem opções.
