Het hotel is mooi en rustig gelegen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzaam en deskundig personeel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en gevarieerd . Het diner is van hoog niveau. Een pluim voor de jonge chef Luca. Een uitgebreide wijnkaart met veel lekkere lokale wijnen. Er is een aanbod van leuke activiteiten. De gastvrouw zet zich volledig in voor een aangenaam verblijf voor de gasten. Kortom een aanrader.

Gevarieerd ontbijt met vers sinaasappelsap, lekker brood ..... en avondmaal is een feestmaal. Onze kamer aan de voorkant met terras was ruim, heel netjes, en had een apart toilet. Fles prosecco bij aankomst en een attente gastvrouw zorgen voor een fijn welkom. Het was zalig zwemmen in het verwarmd zwembad, lekker zonnen in de tuinstoelen. Wij waren eigenlijk op doorreis naar huis en hadden voor 2 nachten geboekt maar komen zeker terug om deel te nemen aan de georganiseerde wandel- en fietstochten. Bovendien straalt de vriendelijkheid van het personeel af op de gasten in het hotel. Hier liepen geen norse mensen rond.

It's hard to pick out any particular highlight of our 5 days at Hotel Marica. It was delight from start to finish. It began with a helpful and friendly email exchange before we arrived. We decided not to take a car so we flew to Verona, got the train to Bolzano and then the bus to the hotel in Eggen. Carola provide the details we needed. Buses featured prominently in our stay and they were frequent, spotless, ran perfectly on time and allowed us to access great areas for hikes. The food was often unusual. The chef is really creative and we experienced many different dishes that both looked and tasted good. All the staff were very well trained, friendly and helpful. The restaurant ran like clockwork. The location is great. There is nothing much in Eggen but it is beautiful and unspoilt. The majestic mountains are all around. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with a view over the valley. We didn't make use of the pool and spa but they seemed to be of the same high standard as everything else. We were hoping to practise our Italian but were a little surprised to find that German was the main language of the area. This however was never a problem.

If you like being pampered you cannot miss this hotel.Carole and Manfred run a very impressive hotel with an inventive cuisine better than some michelin restaurants i have eaten at ,a relaxing spa and spacious well furnished rooms.If you are sporty Manfred will take you skiing or cycling and the bar in the evening has a nice buzz.The village where the hotel is situated is very pretty and nearby there are scenic walks.This is my third stay in this hotel and the owners go beyond their duty .Highly recommended!

Nice big room with terrasse, modern and clean. First class dinner experience with outstanding food and very attentive and friendly service. Full advice also provided for outdoor activities. The Lavazé Plain is top for cross country skiing and with ca 1800 m altitude safe for snow on all its ca. 45 km well prepared loipes. Nice pool and spa wirh two saunas offer relaxation. Great experience, comes with a cost though.

I booked the Hotel for a single night on a Mountain Bike Alp crossing. It was a perfect choice. The quality of the room, meals and facilities were excellent. The Bike room is video monitored and has a fully equipped workshop, better than my own.

Sehr gute familiäre Atmosphäre im Haus. Die Hotelbesitzer haben eine sehr persönliche Beziehung zu ihren Gästen. Ihre Betreuung bei einer Erkrankung war vorbildlich und für uns als Betroffene sehr hilfreich. Auch das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und für alle Wünsche offen. Sehr schöner, gut ausgestatteter Eingangs- und Barbereich. Große, sonnige, neu möblierte Terrasse. Das Zimmer war groß und neu möbliert. Bad und WC waren räumlich getrennt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und auf hohem Niveau. Jeden Tag wurde für die Gäste ein abwechslungsreiches Programm angeboten. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Bellissima esperienza in famiglia , hotel molto curato , camere ampie e pulite . Il personale sempre molto disponibile , cibo veramente ottimo e vario , chef stellato ☺️ . Ottima posizione vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita . Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel .

Hotel molto curato e pulito, con camera e balcone molto spaziosi. Da notare la cucina di alto livello e la presenza di scelte vegetariane nel menù così da accontentare tutti e lo staff sempre gentilissimo. Colazione a buffet abbondante sia dolce che salata con torte fatte in casa e molto altro!
