We spent a beautiful 2 week holiday in this wonderful hotel in Nosy Be. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and always kept clean. The staff will give you the warmest welcome and will make sure you stay happy throughout the whole stay. Food was delicous and the view from the restaurant is from a different world

We had an ocean view room with a balcony overlooking pool. The room was spacious and it had good ac. The hotel has 2 pools and is beachfront. There are a few steps down to beach and depending on tides, the beach can be very large. I never saw anyone swimming at beach only swimmers were in pool. There is one restaurant and food is good. You need your own transportation as even the hotels next door are not walkable. They have a nice gym and a spa but we were not able to get appt as spa was booked. The hotel is quiet. That's OK with us but if you're young and want action look elsewhere.

NE JAMAIS PRENDRE LE ALL INCLUSIVE AU VANILA !!! Ne surtout pas prendre le all inclusive du VANILA qui est une véritable escroquerie…pas d’expresso ,pas d’eau même dans une suite prestige,pas de service que du self,carte fixe ,pas de plat du jour.De plus comme vous sortez un jour sur deux voir plus c’est perdu .Au moins sans ce pseudo all inclusive vous ne payez que ce que vous commandez.Le VANILA mérite un vrai all inclusive qui n’existe pas aujourd’hui. Exp: j’ai demandé un verre d’eau étant dans la piscine et on m’a répondu avec votre bracelet (all inclusive) c’est du self allez vous servir vous-même alors que partout ailleurs on est un peu fier de le porter ,là c’est le super camouflet et un peu une marque d’infamie.Merci Monsieur le director!!!! Je pourrai ajouter ,si vous êtes pêcheur toute la journée,inutile de demander votre DÛ à emporter pour déjeuner ,on vous envoie bouler sans vergogne. Bref JAMAIS DE ALL INCLUSIVE AU VANILA. Pour le reste tout va bien ,c’est un bel hôtel donc juste à espérer maintenant,un sursaut commercial élémentaire, pour un bel établissement de ce genre. Michel

Great hotel with beautifull views and sunset. Staff are wery friendlly and helpfull. I have to recomended also the tour guide from sound's travel Leonardo. Very nice infinity swiming pool and hotel room

Vanilla hotel has always been my favourite hotel in Nosybe but since my last trip before Covid many improvements made such as the huge new swimming pool and very friendly manager who has a hands on approach to make sure the guests have a first class experience, which is exactly what we had.

Un séjour extraordinaire ! Cet hôtel est un établissement paradisiaque, un hâvre de paix, doté d'un esprit familial, d'un magnifique jardin soigneusement entretenu, avec une multitude de plantes et de fleurs, et 2 belles piscines à débordement. Nous avions une chambre, très propre et bien aménagée, avec une superbe vue depuis notre balcon donnant sur une des piscines et l'océan. Nous prenions nos repas au restaurant surplombant l'océan, avec le bruit des vagues... et un menu à la carte avec des spécialités de Madagascar, tous les plats merveilleusement cuisinés. Les excursions proposées au départ de l'hôtel nous ont permis de découvrir les environs, accompagnés par un guide surnommé "Toto" et du photographe "Melo" qui nous a suivi durant nos excursions marines, tous deux extrêmement prévenants, dotés d'un grand professionnalisme, en un mot "adorables". Le personnel, que ce soit la Direction ou les employés, est d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et répondant à toutes nos sollicitations, il a fortement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement qui mérite vraiment une étoîle de plus ! Encore un grand MERCI au Vanila Hôtel et Spa !

L’hôtel est magnifique. Deux belles piscines à débordement très bien entretenue. Un panorama incroyable. Le personnel est très serviable et très agréable. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres sont très belles. J’y séjourne actuellement et je ne peux que vivement le recommander. Tout est parfait. Un grand merci.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 7 ans,depuis des travaux ont permis d apporter encore un plus dans la qualité de l établissement.aujourd hui journée vanila piscine restaurant farniente,tout est ok, gentillesse du personnel et qualité des équipements,repas de midi de qualité correcte sans plus,le cadre est fabuleux,attention pour ceux qui optent pour résider dans cet hôtel qui est loin du centre,environ 15mn en taxi,c est le seul inconvénient majeur, évidemment si vous avez un véhicule la question ne se pose pas....vanila une valeur sûre sur l île.....

Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo con la soluzione all inclusive. Ne vale veramente la pena. Personale super disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Cibo sala colazione alla colazione molto buono. Ambiente molto rilassante e curato ve lo stra consiglio.
