Vanwege de moeilijkheid om twee kamers te huren op de data van onze aankomst, hebben we uiteindelijk, nog steeds in Europa, via de grote internationale boekingssite een "hele villa van 204 m2 met zee- en tuinzicht, met twee slaapkamers" in dit hotel gehuurd voor twee nachten voor 450 E Er was gratis annuleren mogelijk tot een bepaalde datum. Eerste eigenaardigheid, bij het boeken werd ons gevraagd om onmiddellijk 50% van de prijs te betalen, wat we niet deden. Aangekomen in Madagaskar, ongeveer tien dagen voor de datum van gratis annuleren, belden we dit hotel om de reservering af te ronden.Verrassing: ons werd verteld dat we niet deze hele villa zouden hebben, maar twee kleine gesloten kamers: een met twee eenpersoonsbedden met douche, de andere met een tweepersoonsbed. Toegegeven, er kan een coördinatiefout zijn opgetreden tussen de site en het hotel. Maar toen we voor andere data zagen dat eenpersoonskamers tussen de 47 en 60 euro per nacht huurden, vroegen we mevrouw Rachida wat dan de nieuwe prijs zou zijn. Drie keer bevestigde ze ons dat de gereserveerde prijs de toegepaste prijs zou zijn (voor een dienst die dus niets met elkaar te maken heeft!!!) Eindelijk vonden we op de site een andere mogelijkheid voor twee kamers op onze data en we hebben geannuleerd op de deadline van gratis annuleren! Hun poging werkte niet!

Staff are wonderful. The property is alright. There are a lot of mosquitoes so make sure to.protect yourselves.
Far too many flies flying round, however can be prevented if the hotel bought flies stickers to minimise them flying in food.
Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Had a great stay in this place. I was specifically looking for a place in Ambatoloaka since tours to Nosy Iranja leave from here. The hotel’s location is great. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and ATMs nearby, and the beach is only a short walk away. The staff is great. The free buffet breakfast was good with varied selections, the restaurant serves good food too. The room i had was great, all rooms have a sunset view. Laundry service was very cheap. I also loved the fact that they accept credit cards—- many hotels in Madagascar don’t, including some fancy ones. It’s such a hassle carrying a huge pile of cash upon check out. Had to deduct a point though cause the pillows provided were very hard! The wifi was also very spotty if you’re not in the pool area.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff who go out of their way to help. Especially Fifi, the manager of the restaurant who takes care of you as if you are family. The only downside is accessibility. You have to walk along a rutted and pot holed road and risk twisting an ankle, especially in the dark. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Accueil excellent! Spot et vues sur la baie et l’océan de rêves depuis la chambre. Le service est parfait avec beaucoup de sourires et de gentillesses. L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour sortir le soir. Le bar restaurant offre des mets avec beaucoup de saveurs. Et la directrice est très très sympa! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Super bien accueilli, vous arrivez dans un décor de rêves sur les hauteurs d’Ambatoloaka avec une vue sur l’océan superbe. Les chambres sont très bien équipés, les terrasses sympas, la piscine toujours propres et son p’tit bar restaurant vous offre des plats aux multiples saveurs. L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé pour sortir le soir. Même le Check out fut très sympa avec le charme et l’humour de Rachida. Une valeur sûre cette hôtel, je le recommande.

Nous avons passée un excellent séjours au seins de la villa les orchidées, le personnel est extrêmement serviable et souriant ! L’établissement est près de tout , le lieu est super sécurisé il n’y a aucune inquiétude à avoir ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir , Samuel et Annie
