The hotel itself was nice and clean. I had made a reservation for a room with a full kitchen as was described on *******, and had paid for it in advance when I arrived at the hotel there was no oven in my room as I had called prior to my arrival and confirmed with someone at the front desk and told them specifically that I would be cooking Thanksgiving, dinner, and thoroughly went through all the appliances that should be included in my room. When I got there and realize that they had placed me in an incorrect room. The front desk was not helpful. I pleaded with them to reach out to management and they just kept repeatedly telling me that they cannot pull people out of rooms that were not available and then the error was on ******* for pushing inventory they did not have, I explained to them that I had spoken with someone at the front desk at the property who had confirmed all the amenities that would be available and the error was on the hotel part when I reached out to ******* they said that they would try to get some type of refund on my behalf. They never did no one ever got back to me , I reached out to the hotels management explained to them the error was on their part and then I had to make alternative Thanksgiving plans. The hotel also never responded from their management. I am beyond disappointed at my experience and I do not understand why the staff and management of this property are not on the same page with what the amenities are available at the hotel.
