As soon as we checked in our door was broken, we couldn't enter with card or key. The gentleman tried as well but failed. He moved us from 205 to 211 after finally opening the door and freezing for 20 min with our kids this door opened. When we entered it we found there to be no heat, and no working lights. We also found a roach crossing the floor and when we looked more there were a ton behind the mini fridge. We shouldnt have been surprised as the room was filthy. We instantly left and had to rebook somewhere else. The gentleman had said they'd be happy to help with a refund and have since dodged all calls.

It was clean and had everything we needed to stay a couple nights. A block from the boardwalk so we could walk to the beach and not have to pay for parking. We would definitely stay here again.

The first thing I noticed were the stains on the blanket that was in the room.
The I noticed one roach, I killed it.
Then I saw the others.
The room with roach infested.
The manager was kind but not helpful.
He said he didn’t have another room. He did not come look. He told me to text a photo to him. I ask for a refund and he said that he doesn’t do that part. Not cool. I had to call the other hotel that I had previously booked so that I could sleep in peace. The place was nasty. And now I question the ratings that ******* uses for the hotels that they promote.

Check in guy gave me the creeps, seemed like i was an inconvenience to him, also the room i got the windows leaked water, the fan made all kinds of noise, the door connecting the rooms didn’t look properly secured..

The staff was very nice, the rooms are ok. I didn’t like that I had to leave my keys with the front desk because of the parking situation. Also the area is not very safe.

Cousin and I go annually. Stay in same location due to the care taker of property Robert always makes our stay pleasant. Location right by boardwalk.

It’s definitely a 2 star MOTEL, but you are right across from the boardwalk and beach access. The front desk clerk is very nice and so is the cleaning lady but they don’t make your room up every day. Clean towels if you ask and trash removal. Parking is a pain as you have to double park in a carport and hope the person behind you is around to move their car.

Had to wait until exact time to check in, even though they told me inquire upon arrival if we could check in an hr. or so early for a possiblesmall fee. Wife's handicapped, the mgr. claimed he didn't see online request for a 1st fl.room. She with my help used the steep stairs. Subpar room A/C moldy had to buy lysol spray for the A/C to be able to sleep the 2 nights there. Sink was loose from wall , toilet seat broken hinge, screens torn , unpainted spackel spots ect. Front desk seemed apologetic luckily received our $200 deposit back before we checked out early Sunday am. We will never return...
