Unit had good facilities, a couple of negatives easily fixed - king bed could have had a topper to make it more comfortable
Mop in bathroom as disability bathroom as water spread over the floor easily when showering which made it a slip hazard

Air-conditioning is not working, kettle is plastic and very black (burnt) inside. Paid parking but had no availability. Top service by no response at all both by phone and message.

The location is great. Darleen on the front desk is a real treasure. Helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. The WiFi is pretty bad. I often had to internet tether on my phone.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist.
The room was clean and tidy.
Parking was very tight and difficult to find a spot late in the evening.
Very disruptive sleep Sunday night with other guests coming and going, slamming doors.

The apartments are a good size and in a great location walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and the CBD. Parking was easy, but it would be tight for large vehicles. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped and the cleanliness wasn’t fantastic but overall good value for money.

Ideal location for people visiting the major hospitals. 1 bedroom apartments was very nice. Would recommend to book direct through hotel as its cheaper

Check in after hours was arranged and went well. Queen bed was a bit hard and there wasn't much room to get around it. Parking secure but tight. Lower ground parking is scary.

Great location and price. Booked two apartments and they were quite different. The ground level apartment wasn’t as light and open as level 1 but did have a big courtyard in comparison. Kitchen was good, space was sufficient. Overall would recommend.
