My room was clean and comfortable, breakfast options were good. Overall its clean facility. I want to point that i requested a late check out and staff was so accommodating and patient and try their best to serve you the best. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming in little rock.

Had to.switch to.a lesser room without any compensation. Argued to no satisfaction.

Decent property, staff was great. On property EV charging existed but is very expensive at 45 cents per Kilowatt and requires an app and pre-payment.

very old hotel, the water in the washbasin does not drain. there were no sheets for the fifth person, you had to go to the reception to get them and pick them up yourself

Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. Quiet. Good varied breakfast, although I suggest they should have 'original oatmeal' packets along with the sugary flavored oatmeal.

In an age where hotels are ridiculously overpriced and their offerings are less and less, this hotel breaks that norm. Everything was of great value, the property was well maintained and well-lit, the rooms were spacious and modern, the complimentary hot breakfast was great, and the staff was phenomenal.
Tracy at the front desk overnight was so incredibly sweet, caring and helpful. She is an exemplary customer service person, and did her best to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make us feel special.
If I could copy this hotel and paste it at all of our stops along our trip, I would. Truly a great, well-rounded hotel for an amazing value.

We always stay here, and never have any complaints, this time the only issue was the elevator was down, and i have knee problems, so it was uncomfortable using stairs but, things happen and they had it fixed the next morning. We will definitely be back, breakfast is great, and service is always good.
