這是我十多年入住酒店以來第一次感受到提心吊膽。到這家inn門口，門關着，留下字條讓我走側門，側門又貼着字條，讓我上樓找我預訂的房間並提醒鎖門，到了二樓，看到一屋門口貼着字條（我入住的房間）。全程沒見着任何工作人員。二樓其他三間屋子沒人，到樓下，有check in 的前台和客廳，廚房（門關着），另有四間關着門的房間，空無一人，整個INN就我們一家，又是在個小鎮路邊，晚上反覆確認門是關着。本以為第二天一早能見到工作人員並有早餐，可早上快9點下樓，還是空無一人，我撥了三次酒店電話（説能轉到主人手機），可衹是前台的電話通了，無法聯繫。我們衹好從冰箱拿出半瓶牛奶，就着客廳桌子上的幹麥片吃。這是我在攜程看到的4.9好評嗎？！趕緊，我將鑰匙留在房間，關好門，離開這酒店。整個INN空寂冷漠的怪異環境所帶來的心驚心悸已經完全蓋住了配套較齊的房間給我們帶來的合適感。為定好的酒店，我對比了好幾家，才選擇的這家評分高費用又貴的酒店，就為著能有個温馨安全舒適的環境，可這一次經歷，令我刷新酒店價格貴和評分高不一定就是好的認知！感謝與攜程的溝通和理解，給了我們早餐補貼。

Our second time visiting the Inn. Such a cute and cozy spot, real hidden gem if you're looking for a weekend escape from the city. The inn keeper Patti is super helpful and always makes sure we have the best plans while in town! Rooms are clean with a homey feel and the beds are dreamy. We'll def be back for our now annual visit to Pine Plains.

I regularly stay at The Inn at Pine Plains during business trips. The location is convenient and picturesque, the stay is friendly and helpful, and the accomodations are wonderful. Easy stay, easy rest, beautiful place.

We loved staying at the Inn at Pine Plains. The staff and the breakfast were incredible. The rooms were super cute and clean!

The inn was pretty and comfortable. Breakfast was self service and good. Bagels and breakfast breads/ pastries were all wrapped individually (not very eco- friendly, but for germ phobes, good). Very good value and we’d definitely stay there again.
