Everything is excellent.food quality is outstanding. Services are also good.. positive staff attitude..... active and friendly nature(Timsy,Shani, Deepika,Amit(f&b***ager), balbir(chef)).also front office staff is also excellent(prerna ,Shankar Singh,A***, Santosh (fo ***ager), Adnan...I have no wording... everything thing is excellent......😊

I travel about regularly once or twice a month for inspections and stay in Hotels all over the country. I have also travelled internationally extensively. This last weekend I was booked to stay at this hotel. The flight got late and I reached the hotel at 11:10pm. I checked in and then told them that I would like to have a bath and order room service. I went up to the room and realized that the menu had only Indian food. I had hoped to have something continental. I called the room dining and they said that they could only provide a few items and surely nothing like even a sandwich as the cook had gone home. I ***aged with what little they had a green salad. I tried to get on the internet and the connection was terrible. I asked the front desk and finally the person came up to the room and realized that it was not working and offered to give me his personal hotspot on his phone. I requested him to kindly tell please check it up. The next day in the morning I saw the breakfast buffet which was very basic and nothing great at all. I went to the reception before leaving for meetings and asked them if they were getting the internet fixed. They had no idea as no communication had been given. In the evening I got back and again wanted to order some food at 9:00pm. I was in person with the main person in the dining room and he said all they have in Indian food and Chineese (which is only Chilli Chicken). I again ordered some soup and salad and I was going out for a walk met two westerners who too were unhappy with the food and had brought Pizzas from outside. As usual, the internet this evening was just the same and would come and go with a poor connection. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone if they were a friend. Poor services with no initiative to do better.

The only Room services and meals offered were noodles or rice, hardly the quality suggested by the hotel website. As there was no way to open the window the room stayed humid with water covering the windows every morning soaking the floor. Amit, the valet/security guy was fantastic and was the only staff member who made us feel welcome.

The services were great. And the staff members - Jay, Prakash and Shankar were very polite and helpful. The rooms nice and clean. The room services and cleaning were done timely. The room was big, had all the amenities. The breakfast has varieties.

Overall good experience for stay and fooding . Location is good. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast spread is good. Room service is good. Good for family stay and vacation. Must recommend. All.the best

Shanker, Jay and Prerna were great, was very helpful and hospitable. All the staff throughout our stay were extremely accommodating to any requests I had. Breakfast had a great range for all needs. Would recommend

The room was amazing . Room service was also really good loved the view amazing staff very helpfull would love to visit again nice services really had a great time there room was very spacious just amazing

It was a very nice experience and the behaviour of staff was commendable The rooms are nicely done and was comfortable to stay in. Very decent for a short city break The house keeping staffs are really good
