Service was ok rooms were nice but there was a lot of disturbance from other patrons with no respect for otheres

I recently stayed at a Travelodge, and while I hoped for a comfortable and safe environment, my experience raised serious concerns regarding guest safety. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an extremely unsettling situation. There were individuals smoking meth just outside the side entrance of the hotel. This activity not only made me feel unsafe but also cast a shadow over the entirety of my stay.
The presence of such activities on the premises is alarming and suggests a need for enhanced security measures and vigilance to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. It's crucial for a hotel to provide a secure environment, and I believe that addressing this issue should be a top priority for the management.
Despite this experience, I hope my feedback will be taken constructively. Enhancing security protocols and ensuring that such activities are monitored and addressed promptly can significantly improve the guest experience. I trust that the hotel will take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of its guests in the future.

Dirty blankets left on bed, dried blood on them. Dirty pile of towels left on bathroom floor, asked for clean towels and never got any

The gentleman when we checked in was nice and friendly, the room is basic and a little outdated, but not dirty. The heat was barely on and the fridge was warm. The outlet on the brick wall was not secure and made it difficult to plug in our chargers. The morning of check out the tv in the front lobby where you have breakfast was off, and there was an uncomfortable silence in the space so we brought our breakfast back to our room, the man at the check out was ok not rude at all but not friendly. The bed was not uncomfortable, it was not noisy, fine for the price we paid.

It was updated which was nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing disappointing for this stay was we found a pair of someones underwear under the bed. Hopefully the cleaning staff will clean under the bed next time.

My stay at the hotel was quite quiet, the room was comfortable and I was able to rest very well even though my stay was short. I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you very much for your warm attention.
