The service here is wonderful! The system was down when we got here and the poor front desk lady got chewed out. She was very funny and sweet though! The only downside was they ran out of breakfast by 8:45, and the room was a little worn down. For the price, you can’t beat it!

Many small issues with our stay. The hotel itself is a little run down. Old, musty carpet in our room. Bathroom fan was incredibly loud and bathroom door didn’t fully close. Only two sets of towels in a two queen bed room. Loudly squeaking floors. Decent breakfast. Wifi didn’t work in the morning. Pool closed for maintenance.
Neighbors were some sort of sports team and were loud. No thanks, we’ll stay somewhere else next trip to Norman.

Hotel was conveniently located. Room was nice. Water in bathtub got really hot which was great. Staff was nice and efficient. Room fit our needs perfectly.

The greatest thing was the staff. The ones that gave us a warm and happy greeting when we checked in and when we checked out.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the whole reason we stayed was because of the indoor pool, which was not working and was not made known to us before booking. However, the manager accommodated us, and helped us find a different hotel.

This was my second stay at the hotel in the past 6 mos. The room was very clean & had a comfortable bed. Restaurants & shopping are close by.
