I stayed 1 night in a superior room. My room on the 4th floor was large enough in size. There was a working desk what I always need, also a little sofa which was very convenient for lounging. Bed was very comfortable. You can choose the size of your pillow from two sizes. There is a reading lamp by the bed what is also a feature I always need. Everything is still very new as it's quite a new hotel, well kept and brilliantly clean. Breakfast is plentiful. From 07:00-08:00 it was relaxed and not yet full. My room was to their terrace side so there was quite a loud music until quite late, but windows are quite good so it wasn't very annoying. I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Especially for the price I paid.

I experienced the spa there . Extraordinary good and cosy with a cafe nearby the pool… several hammams and saunas, including a honey one, specially pleasant. One of the best massages I ever got, with very talented and experienced professional.

At breakfast I found a piece of glass in the dessert. Didn't even receive an apology from the employees. Otherwise an ordinary hotel

Great experience as usual. Very comfort and relaxing. Truly high-quality SPA. Good both for couples and families. Amazing breakfast with a large choice of tasty food. Very welcoming staff. Will be back there many times more.

Nice place for whole family, great and tasty breakfast, very comfortable rooms. Generally positive expierence with some small incidents. First, someone took our son's flip flops at the spa center. Second, some dirt was coming from the tube jets when operating the jacuzzi at the room. Third, waitress at the restaurant forgot to bring our kids the cakepops included in the kids menu. We got them only after asking other staff at the end of dinner.

I would like to share the greatest surprise you made for our kids: I booked 2 rooms - one for me and kids and the other one for my friend with kids. When the kids found out that we have joined rooms they were exited as in the saying "to the Moon and back!!!" :) Thank you!

Thank you for your service. We went with family and we chose Playful toes in the water" saw there some info about surprise littles ones, but we didnt find anything and didnt also see any surprises. But that wasnt the main. In spa area there was problems with slipery, we thought with husband, maybe in kids area better will be if there will be something like rubber tiles or something that kids wont slip. But in big view everuthing was great.

Everything was great, but the parking for the hotel could have been free and still the prices in the SPA and minibar are a bit too high. I would definitely like to come back again, but with a family of four children, I will have to properly evaluate the + and -
