My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that "nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room", which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

Heel gastvrij, en leuk hotel. Mooie Spa faciliteiten. Prima lokatie, dichtbij plein, restaurants en universiteit. We waren daar in een mooie tijd, met veel sneeuw en kerstversiering. Was allemaal zeer sfeervol.

Alles was tip top in orde en het glutenvrij ontbijt was geen enkel probleem! Enkel in de badkamer liep het water wat uit de inloopdouche, maar dat was met de handdoek snel opgedroogd. Iedereen was super vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with great location. Spa is small but cozy. Really good restaurant with really delicious food.

Comfortable room with a tall ceiling. A really positive surprise was to get a room with a little balcony with a view of Tartu's old town rooftops and also a skylight in the shower room. Free warm drinks in the lobby wear a nice added bonus. Thank you for making our delegation's check-ins and outs really smooth!

Centrally located in a quiet area. Close to the town square. Really delicious breakfast and the best tea in town !!! Comfortable beds. There is a spa too. Boutique hotel so the service is very personalized. Definitely recommend this hotel in this beautiful quaint town.

Perfect stay with family. Great location, right in center of town. fabulous breakfast with wide selection of warm and cold food. cozy SPA with pool and three saunas. Service is always very friendly. Nice view from room to park! Recommend for business stay and family vacation!
