We are a family of 2 adults with a toddler staying at the premier one bedroom studio. It is my husbands birthday and the staff came by with a surprise cake and song. Thank you to the team for the efforts in decorating the room for birthday boy. A few issues happened during our stay but the service crew attended to them swiftly: room door could not open due to low battery and we were assigned the wrong room ( deluxe instead of premier). The service crew works 24 hr and responds very quickly to our WhatsApp inquiries. They drove my hubby around 4am midnight to collect grab delivery . Premier room is so much better in my opinion, for the view and the smart tv. Room is clean and bed is the soft type. The service staff are all very friendly, smiley and children loving. Buffet breakfast is good, widespread options. Toddler gets complimentary breakfast. Our favourite highlights are: the view of the sea through the bathroom windows and balcony, spa next to the sea breeze, the Pandan drinks at the spa, playing at our own swimming pool, lunch at tadd restaurant is the best, the atv experience is worth a try, play area for kids at tilo kids club. We love the buggy service , my son likes to sit with the driver. Probably one thing the resort can consider upgrading is the food quality. Food is decent but for the price, it can be better comparing to other Singapore restaurants nowadays. Overall we love the experience , the vibes, the people and we hope to come back again.
