This is because the 1st floor rooms are older, and therefore have a older furniture. In our case, it has not the furniture baggage support to open as it appears on the web, older bed head, older box than on the web photos, other apps, the printing works not well, ... Totally, that surprise comes when you see the room and this is not what you had booked. And they didn't notify us when booking that there were such rooms other than those published, because if they knew, we would not have booked this hotel. We called the same afternoon in the reception and a very friendly girl who cared very properly changed us from the second day. The new room at 2ª plant was better, but it is not that it was recently renovated, but if it was a little more to what we had imagined once surveyed on your web. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

University of Navarra is walking distance. Quite a few restaurants and cafes in the surrounding. The Hotel also has a Europa Car desk. Due to COVID-19 limited services like everywhere. I was able to use the small business centre for work. MOST DISAPPOINTING - PATHETIC INTERNET CONNECTION in the room. I tried three connections and none of them would work in the room. We had to always sit on the floor near the door or come down to the lobby. For this reason alone I will avoid this hotel in the future. It was a struggle for 6 days. Breakfast has two menu options. One large around 13.50 Euros and the other smaller approx 8.80 Euros. Not sure why the breakfast cant be added to the room. Breakfast spread is quite good. The Kitchen is flexible, we wanted eggs instead of ham and it was catered. Washroom has a big old style plastic dustbin enough to pack a suitcase......toiletries are not of superior quality, leaves skin dry and the bath gel is very hard on the skin. HK is kind of ok, room floors are not cleaned everyday, leaving dust, hairs on the floor both in room and washroom and had to be specifically mentioned at the front office. Front office was very helpful with queries and print outs, etc. The lady in the morning and Enrique deserve special mention as being very nice and helpful. At the same time there was one very rude, misbehaved and arrogant front office staff (male) who answered rudely the phone. When he was asked that it was already time and breakfast was still not there, he had the cheek to say it was still not time in his watch. I dont remember the name but he should not be allowed to be part of reception and customer contacts. Overall it was an ok stay, had it not been for Enrique and the lady in the front office, we would have perhaps checked out mid stay. Hope services are improved and surely the hotel can do much better. Thank you.

The hotel is very good. It is not a luxurious hotel, but to come it has dinner and lunch the next day is very good. Clean and very quiet. Workers are a delicious sympathy and attentive. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The San Fermín journey, very beautiful I have historical, as well as the Taracona park is very beautiful, as the beaten city, as well as the Yamaguchi park and the spectacular Sadar park.

We have stayed my couple and I this Santa Week and everything has been very good ...attention by the staff, cleaning the hotel, the size of the room ... Just to put a but, it's something I don't understand in many hotels, that there's no hair conditioner for us :- ) I'll certainly return, a great hotel, where the views from the room are spectacular and the environment is a luxury.

Somos una família con cinco miembros. Eso es un problema vayas donde vayas. Escogimos este establecimiento porque no había nada más ese día en Pamplona. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Ese punto es muy positivo. El baño limpio y amplio, pero muy oscuro. Triste, pero positivo también. El aire acondicionado de la habitación potente, pero en los espacios comunes no hay nada. En agosto era un horno, supongo que en enero será una nevera. La recepción es la zona más triste y sucia. Te hunde la moral solo con verla. Es una mala primera impresión (y si le sumas la máquina de vending, ya....). El check-in digital es la opción de este establecimiento. Me parece una mala decisión, y más si tenemos en cuenta el barrio en el que se ubica este hostal (complicado a partir de ciertas horas de la noche, como para que algo no funcione bien, y te quedes en la calle.... ). Por cierto, el establecimiento está pared con pared con una gasolinera. Este hotel es la solución para grupos de jóvenes (el wifi es muy bueno) o parejas con dos hijos. Pero a nosotros no nos compensó, porque acabamos pagando 260€ por una noche las cinco personas en un hostal de 2 estrellas. No volveremos. m.

The service was incredible, they gave us a lot of recommendations, the members of the staff are jewels. The place it is absolutely stunning clean the hotel it used to be the old palace so it is amazing very good price, car parking service too basically treated like a king.
