Very convenient if you are planning to do some skiing in Niseko, great dinner menu and amazing lounge with a fireplace and complementary wine. Breakfast is Japanese style with no alternatives, the staff is nice but calling a taxi is mission impossible and everyone is quite dismissive with the guests, like there is no taxi and that’s not our problem, in a hotel this expensive it should be your problem whether you like it or not.

房間大，非常整潔，即使下雪的天氣不出門呆在酒店也不會悶。大堂裏休息一下，或者去泡泡温泉，或者房間裏的按摩椅放鬆一下，都是挺好的選擇。早晚餐非常豐盛，中飯可以不考慮。晚上酒店的大堂裏還能烤棉花糖，有免費飲料供應。晚餐天婦羅簡直絕了，是到現在最好吃的。

無可挑剔、預算OK我覺得這個酒店首選、早晚飯都有很有特色、而且都有車子接送！房間外面景色也槓槓的！最主要温泉太美、露天的和房間的拍起來都很出片！服務也很好還有中文翻譯也很nice！總之100+

pros：
1.酒店餐食很棒！用的北海道大米很好吃。
2.温泉也很滿意，可以自己挑選浴衣。
3.接送服務也非常好，雖然離各個車站都有一定距離，但是酒店會盡力配合到達時間去接送。
4. 晚上會有烤棉花糖，是個挺好的體驗。
cons：
1.房間的榻榻米有點臟。
2.一開始接待的是英文比較好的員工接待，但是後來來了一個導遊帶的小型團，換了一個外籍但是英文不好的員工接待。
3.清理衣服是沒有檢查，同行家人穿的浴衣的口袋裡有上一個旅客用過的紙巾和一大把牙簽。
4.離開時沒有員工幫忙搬行李，相對於來的時候的熱情，會讓人感覺非常不好。
