Great hotel with a nice modern rooms! The arrival process was very smooth and the staff at the front desk is very friendly! The room was spacious, especially the shower was nice! The location is close to the culture plaza area.

房間很臟，體驗感比較差。
衣櫃、洗澡玻璃移門的橫桿，櫃門等到處是灰，衣櫃還有蜘蛛網。
空調進出口濾網厚厚的灰，窗户的紗窗厚厚的灰。
洗臉枱麪大理石厚厚的水垢，洗澡玻璃移門很臟。
牆面很臟，腳印。
房間就兩個椅子，污漬很大一塊，沒法坐。
房間一股發黴的味道。

一直住開元，服務態度一直都很不錯，每次入住都會給我升級房型，停車也免費，小楊很不錯，給我們送了兩份早餐，性價比很高。

早餐好吃，停車免費方便，房間乾淨衞生，前台小鄭態度熱情。交通便利，晚上很安靜，隔音也不錯，房間很新，裝修也是新的。
