This is a very pleasant little bed and breakfast located on the southern end of Dongqian Lake and in the tourist village Hanling. We stayed there for a weekend getaway. The accommodation we booked had two floors: the groundfloor had a sofa and a huge television (it's capable mobile phone broadcasting!) and the top floor featured a good size double bed and a balcony which I enjoyed sitting in when the sun sets. The rooms are clean and you get the usual amenities. So it's a fine place.
I would recommend two improvements: the first is to have stronger aircon on the top floor to keep the room cool (albeit it was 40C outside!); and secondly but most importantly would be to install a bathroom door for some privacy otherwise your room mate is going to see you using the toilet!

I enjoyed the staying.
Pros: in the heart of Hanling old street, lots of things to do just at a walking distance. Nice rooms. I stayed in the multi-level room, with beds upstairs and bathroom and a lovely tea room with sofa, chair (other rooms may have wooden table and chairs) overlooking the internal court. There is a little balcony with two chairs and table. They provided a big 5 liter bottle of water which is great.
Cons: rooms not sound proof... it was difficult to reach staff when needed (still do not know the wifi password!). TV could not play an mp4 from my memory stick (an HDMI cable would have been nice).

Nice and friendly staff, easy and fast check in and out. Receptionist speaks a little English.
Hotel is located in a quiet side alley. Nice clean an comfy beds, spacious room and shower.

鬧中取靜的地方，休息的很好。就在韓嶺老街上，卻一點也不會聽到人聲，不會影響休息。非常適合春秋天居住。還有一衹月巴貓（它喜歡我）增加了居住樂趣。需要改進的就是少了個小冰箱，買了冷飲和需要冷藏的蟹糊之類的沒有地方放。

機緣巧合之下訂到了這家滿分民宿。
來東錢湖兩天一夜，一直糾結於住在東錢湖哪邊，在刷酒店的過程，被這家民宿吸引～
不是説多麼華麗的裝修，而是看到小院子第一眼就被勾住了，古樸素靜的氣息，二層小陽台看外圍房子的古老氛圍，感覺像穿越回宋朝。
先説位置，在古鎮的一頭，停車場上來走2.3分鐘就到，非常方便，而且不是在臨街一側，晚上非常安靜。走出巷口就是小河沿，很贊。
再説房間，房間是複式，一層是喝茶的地方跟洗手間，二層就是床跟小陽台啦，小陽台風景不錯，能看到外面的屋頂和藍藍的天空。房間衞生很整潔，床品也不錯，睡得很好。
最後説服務，預訂後就拉了羣，有什麼事情直接在羣裏進行詢問，回覆超快。
最想説的是，這家民宿可以預訂私房菜，按人均收費，菜品開盲盒，提前與老闆溝通好忌口的食物。
我們是下午到的，對於晚餐盲盒既期待又忐忑，看過網上評價説味道很不錯，雖然不擔心味道，但也會想，是不是適合我們的口味呢。
等真正吃到的時候，才覺得一切都是自己多慮了～菜品真的超級好吃！老闆手藝贊得不得了！
全是當天新鮮購買的菜，在微信羣知道我們出發的時候就把湯燉上，每道菜都被我們清盤，最後不夠吃還申請加菜，老闆親自釀的果酒味道也很好，很多口味，我們試了覆盆子跟楊梅，入口酒香果香四溢（酒水錢另付哦），當晚真的一切都剛剛好，剛剛好的美食，剛剛好的美酒，老闆人美手藝好還很健談，吃飯時聊了一會，是很有想法的漂亮女孩子～～～
最後的最後，店裡最熱情的店員是粘人的小貓咪。別看臉兇，但很好rua，不過rua之前要經過她本喵同意哦！
有機會一定會再來的。

停車場下來很好找，位置很方便！整個民宿和名字一樣凡凈素雅，茶文化，温文爾雅。
小複式的方便，因為父母年紀的關係，沒有選擇榻榻米款，選擇了木桌款，泡茶聊天更方便些，還有附送喝茶小點心，很好次哦！
還有可愛的咪咪，肉嘟嘟隨意摸，還會來巡邏哦。
出門過橋都是吃飯的地方啦，很方便哦。

趁着掃墓的機會，選擇在寧波東錢湖韓嶺老街住一晚，之前看了很久選擇了凡素民宿。女主人很客氣，提前一天電話聯繫，拉羣友情提示一下入住訊息，我們定的房間是複式，整體來説都不錯，早飯也融入了整個民宿風格之中，絕對是一個鬧中取靜的好住宿。

好久都沒遇到值得我好評的民宿了，物超所值！
環境很精緻，説得直白點就是偏靜謐的日式風格，房間一樓的榻榻米，二樓的小陽台都適合休閑的喝茶🍵 適合情侶度假
得到父母的一致好評，真正考慮到了喝茶的需求，配套了茶具，且有5升的礦泉水，都省下外出買水的步驟，
還配了茶點！有果乾 餅乾 還有個不知名的豆子
庭院有可愛的貓貓。服務很好就像是朋友一樣，很耐心的給我們介紹附近，推薦的餐廳好吃，很贊！

非常喜歡的民宿 老闆娘特別用心走心，房間細節到位 適合慢下來靜心放鬆的一個民宿 老闆娘做的菜也好吃～回來好幾個月了 睡前想起來趕緊來好評支持 非常非常推薦 點贊老闆娘的細心用心 離開時很熱情地幫忙送行李，人和人的美好大概如此 感受到對方的用心便能偶然間記起 依然是能真切感受到當時的真誠和温暖。祝願凡素越辦越好，有機會再到寧波還會繼續住。❤️
