Check in smooth despite not speaking the same language, comfy room which was mostly clean, location a little far from the city but very good for the railway station, recommend to anyone who needs to be close to the station

The hotel is opposite the train station. The location is close to scenic spots. The hotel was neat and good for a night stay, but the staff weren’t so friendly

前幾天攜家人到寧波旅遊，入住南苑e家酒店，感覺該酒店很好，酒店離寧波火車站很近，出行入住很方便，在廣場上乘坐公交出遊也比較方便。外部環境也不錯，很好找，北廣場出站後就看到了。酒店吧枱接待熱情，很快就給辦理了入住手續，房間乾淨衞生，該有的用品都有，被褥乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，每天都有服務人員清理。
在該酒店入住兩天，臨走時因為等候火車時間長，酒店前台還給辦理了延遲退房，對老年人的體貼照顧真的很暖心。下次如再來寧波還會入住。

服務好，價格實惠，交通出行便利，就在寧波火車站北廣場旁，上下車非常方便。離市區和各景點也都比較近。下次到寧波還會再往此店！唯一不足的是洗臉池（盆）的水籠頭太短，使用不便，望店家能及時改變一下。

房間乾淨寬闊，感覺很好。前台接待員友善有禮。酒店就在火車站和地鐵站附近，還可以徒步前往參觀天一閣和月湖。雖然偶然有一點點的噪音，出門必用耳塞的我沒有受影響。

超級方便，就在火車站北廣場對面，旁邊是復悦城，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。
環境設施：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
酒店有些年頭了，設施和佈局就有些老，不過一切不影響入住使用。電梯有刷卡設定，相對安全。
高級雙床房還挺寬敞的，床也大。衞生間長條形，各功能區獨立佈局，花灑出水均勻水温也合適。
唯一想吐槽的是樓下外賣店排風聲響有些大，一直持續到晚上11點。
服務：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
態度好，打電話響應很快，處理問題積極主動！
總體：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌙
推薦，性價比較高，出行方便，體驗感也還行。

衞生：很差，續住一晚，第二天水槽裏的頭髮沒理，水槽枱麪很多水；
環境：隔音特別差，兩晚都被外面的砂車聲吵醒，樓下鄰居講話都能聽見；
設施：淋浴時水漫過腳，管道堵了，水無法及時流下去，沐浴露也洗不乾淨；
第一天水槽的水流量很小，熱水也不熱，第二天直接放出一大堆臟水，見視頻。
叫了很久前台才到，也沒有道歉和補償。
價格不合理，同家店同天在市中心更便宜

為了趕一早的火車，住了一晚。
優點：酒店位置很好，就在火車站北廣場對面，步行3-5分鐘。附近吃飯地方不少，房間裏乾濕分離，房間裏隔音效果比較好。
缺點：淋浴花灑不太好用，沒有洗手液。樓道隔音效果比較差。
總體來説，還是值得一住的，性價比也不錯。
