The hotel staff was really helpful, the room was not dirty, but the carpet was full of small leaves and stuff.
The location is okay, even though it's still a longer walk until you're at the lake.
Around the corner of the hotel there are some small restaurants and a fruit shop.
Hotel breakfast was okay, they serve it from 7-9 o'clock. It's a small buffet, but the food was good.

特別要評價這家酒店，離東錢湖很近，過去10分鐘就可以看湖，大堂很乾凈，非常舒服，前台辦理非常快.很熱情！酒店吃飯也很方便！4樓就有他們家單位餐廳！物廉價美！Y

交通很便利，周邊有超市水果店買東西很方便，湖邊風景很好，看了周邊這個酒店南苑是性價比最高的，沒讓我失望L

特別要點評下這家酒店的餐飲，真的非常不錯，海鮮很新鮮，吃了還想馳吃。節假日來真的非常不錯。房間價格也不是很貴，性價比很高Y

和家人一起來東錢湖，定了個標間！房間很乾凈，阿姨送東西也很快，服務很熱情！特別是前台退房還送小禮品！真的沒想到！很温馨！

上次過來住了很滿意，這次附近出差有選擇了這裏。自助早餐廳有裝修比上次更好了，菜色也有更新體驗很不錯。服務衞生都挺滿意的。
