Good hotel, great location by the subway and the old town. Single room was functional but quite compact.

離鼓樓步行街非常近，可步行至鼓樓，出行方便，周圍吃飯的選擇也多。環境鬧中取靜，離開鼓樓步行街一步之遙，就在對面。春節假期出行，人手不夠，等阿姨打掃房間等了很久。
家庭間內部簡潔乾淨，性價比也很高。就是洗浴位置旁沒有遮擋的窗簾，緊靠着床，磨砂玻璃還是挺透的。賓館也沒有自己的停車位。

前台是非常熱情 會給寄存行李 還會指路
酒店地理位置灰常好 出門就是鼓樓老街
但是房間隔音很差，清晨鼓樓老街就各種垃圾車 進貨車的聲音 所以天沒亮就被吵醒 就沒在睡着過
這裏老街的管道非常老舊 導致酒店有下水道反味的現象 房間味道機器難聞
總體來説，不太適合親子住 比較適合商務短期出差

衞生：不知道在打掃什麼上一個客人的口罩也不打掃地上還有蟑螂服了 換了第二間桌上還有橘子葉
設施：花灑還是壞的忽冷忽熱
環境：環境很一般隔音很差
服務：沒啥服務可言自己的房間不打掃乾淨有蟑螂好像還是我的問題一樣
很差的體驗 下次不會再來了

酒店特色進出方便，購物方便，但衞生和硬件設
設施差了點，衞生也一般，住這店臨時一二個晚也湊合，主要是交通方便。

衞生比以前好很多，設施也好了很多，最主要是離鼓近，吃小吃很方便，直得給大家推薦一下，來寧波旅遊的，一定要來鼓樓走走
