雅詩閣的服務一如既往的好，以前有在其他地區住過，寧波這家第一次過來，體驗到很貼心的服務，入住會幫行李送到房間，耐心的介紹房內設施，房間雖然不大，但設施非常齊全，洗衣烘乾一體機，非常的方便，可惜忘了拍照了，總之服務和設施都很贊👍

必須安利雅詩閣，房間寬敞舒適，設計合理，設施都很好。還配有廚房設施、洗衣機、洗碗機、微波爐、冰箱一應俱全。
管家Anna服務到位周到，入住體驗非常舒適，會再次選擇雅詩閣。

房間很新，房間裏的小事也不錯，免費停車🅿️，智能馬桶，樓下有個新開的餐廳味道不錯還便宜。服務態度都很好，Anna小姐姐還給詳細的定位，不然開車找起來有點麻煩。下次還來

房間視野特別開闊，窗户面對着江景，讓人心情格外舒暢。前台工作人員很細心負責，會早早打電話確認到店時間，辦理完入住還會上樓為我們講解設施的功能。唯一小小的遺憾就是電視不能投屏。

朋友推薦過來的，説寧波新開的一家雅詩閣公寓各方面都很好，果然剛進門就讓我體驗到貼心的服務，工作人員會幫忙拿行李送到房間，還會介紹房間內應有盡有的高端設施，還幫升級了房型，超級大的床和舒適的床品，衞生也非常乾淨，也會推薦給朋友

入住當天晚上十二點多才到酒店，放下行李就準備進洗手間洗漱，剛走到洗漱台低頭一看，前面房客的頭髮還有一堆留在地上，我對於衞生問題就有點擔憂了，但由於時間太晚想想就忍了，到洗浴室裏洗澡的時候更離譜的事情發生了，洗浴室裏還有別人的假睫毛，當下真的有被噁心到，草草沖洗以後出來打電話給前台，告訴他房間有衞生問題需要換房間，他跟我交流的過程中從頭到尾沒有一句抱歉，且在換房間的問題上猶猶豫豫，就因為當晚沒有跟我一樣的房型衹有價格更高一點的房型了，難道半夜因為衞生問題不應該馬上給顧客換個乾淨的房間，還覺得顧客是想要更驕傲的房間才來找事？本以為當天太晚了第二天酒店人員會做出解釋，沒想到在換完房間後到我第三天退房，沒有一個酒店工作人員對這件事情跟我們有任何交涉，我默認你們根本沒有在處理這件事情，我不認為當天晚上一點半幫我們換了一個房間以後就不聞不問是對這件事的處理態度。

幫朋友代訂的酒店，朋友反饋非常不錯，房間設施很新，入住前前台還專門聯繫了我，便於我朋友很容易找到酒店。服務沒得説，全程提供了管家式服務，有求必應（那當然是合理需求）。整體來説，很滿意，非常滿意，特別的滿意！強烈推薦！！

訂的時候諮詢了豪華和江景有何區別，説豪華比較安靜，但是江景的看到江，索性選擇了安靜的房間，入住後發現也可以看到江，房間隔音確實好，安靜，房間廚房設備配備齊全，有大冰箱，比較適合長住，服務非常贊，管家會提前聯繫告知停車場位置，這點兒特別温馨，停車場乾淨，也很方便，以後入住首選雅詩閣。
