Otelin önünden (Uludağ Üniversitesi İstasyonu) şehrin merkezine (Şehreküstü/Ulucami Hanlar Bölgesi İstasyonu) metro hattı ile trafiğe girmeden/park yeri aramanıza gerek kalmadan rahatça gidip gezebilirsiniz. Otel eski Holiday Inn sadece işletmesi/adı değişmiş. Executive odada kaldık, ga*** konforlu ve rahattı. Hizmet kalitesi iyiydi bir dediğimiz iki olmadı isteklerimize hemen dönüş yaptılar. Personelin müşteri memnuniyeti ne verdikleri kaliteli önem için teşekkür ederiz...

A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university so not within walking distance from the city or food areas.

Location not bad. AC is good. No one told us where is the resturant while check-in as our package includes the breakfast. The bed comforters were wet ! always wet if they replace it. No toothbrush available though requested many times but received one while we are five. and smelly toilet ..

the high level of professional skills, good attitude from everyone starting front desk staff, waitresses to cleaners, they all smile and ready to help. ıt was a great stay, thank you to all, I will definitely stay here again.
