I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

Had to book in here at short notice as Lufthansa had royally shafted us with our flights but to be honest, we wished we had stayed here instead of a more expensive place in the middle of Frankfurt. Close to the S-Bahn station or a €20 Uber ride into Frankfurt itself. Rooms are a decent size and clean. The showers are spot on. Staff were really nice as well. Can't comment on breakfast as we left before. There doesn't seem to be much in the area but the McDonald's round the corner was enough for us. As a base to explore Frankfurt it would be ideal. A lot cheaper than staying in the city centre

We were flying back to the UK from Frankfurt over the bank holiday weekend when our flight was cancelled. My other half found and booked this room as we had nowhere to stay. I can honestly say this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The lobby is beautiful and very impressive and the gentleman Viktor who served us could not have been more helpful. The place looks immaculate and very tastefully decorated, it's a very warm and inviting hotel. The room was lovely and the bed was easily the nicest I've ever slept in. The bathroom is also lovely and the shower is both hot and the pressure fantastic. We both ate here and enjoyed the food and drink very much. I told my boyfriend that this was the best hotel we've stayed in and to beat this one will take some doing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

A very nice hotel with great attention to detail! Mega interior and everything is very clean. The location is very good! There are restaurants, bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommended !

The hotel is located in the new center of Carben and is well accessible, sufficient parking are available. There are several room categories, we had booked the easiest category with double coating. The room had a Queen Size bed, which I personally didn't think so good because we were on the way as a couple and I assumed that when the booking indicates, you will get a bigger bed accordingly, the rooms are functional and beautiful, a small kitchen line with a washing machine is available, as well as a refrigerator and Neupresso machine. The bathroom is beautiful and functional, very clean. The room was not air conditioned, but we got a room back, so we could open the window and cool the temperature in summer. The breakfast was very good and very nice, since it is summer, could be at both the breakfast room and on the terrace breakfast.

Perfect platform for events: quiet, far from Frankfurter-Trubels! In February 2024, we held a business deal with 40 people at Dorint Hotel Bad Vilbel. This was a day and evening event. The whole settlement in the forefront, with detail wishes from me to the event day - was compulsory, timely and professional. You always had the look for the feasible. The meeting room is bright and what you need for technology - completely enough. Depending on the size of the event, you should book the external technology offered by the hotel. The welcome lunch in the bar area was creative and very tasteful in the presentation. You have received special wishes in the forefront regarding intolerance / allergies and was considered by the kitchen team. For the evening we had had a ”side event” on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Also here, the detailed arrangements with another service provider were uncomplicated and professional. A oighear track with winter cabin magic was a successful team event. The dinner in the adjacent brasserie had a high level. No trace of ”pure banket kitchen”. What is the team of Mr. Jonas Graf (restaurant manager for us Sommelier ) on the table, looking for the same. The whole service team, was careful, quick and very friendly. There is nothing ”from the bar”. The bar was as professional - the ”joys behind the bar” knew what to do!
