Checked in and went to our room only to find out the air conditioning in that building was not working. Went back to the desk to see what was wrong, was told we were supposed to have gotten a call about it, was offered a $50 credit at the restaurant which we weren't going to use and was told they were sold out and that it was supposed to be cool that night anyways. No apology. It didnt get under 25 degrees in our room at night which made for a sleepless night for our 1 year old. Was moved to a smaller room with a/c the next two nights, but still no apology. We have been going there for years and have noticed a slow decline it customer service and the rooms themselves. Will not be going back because of the way they handled the situation.
