Bardzo dobry hotel położony w centrum Nicei. Wszędzie blisko spacerem. Do Promenady Anglików tylko pare kroków. Bardzo wygodne łóżka dobrze zorganizowany pokój. Śniadania w restauracji na 8 pietrze z widokiem na dach Nicei. Bufet śniadaniowy bardzo bogaty z daniami na ciepło (jajecznica, kiełbaski , bekon) oraz na zimno wędliny, przepyszne sery, warzywa, owoce oraz znakomite słodkie wypieki i dżemy. Jedyny minus to słabej jakości kawa.
Wygodne lobby z duża ilością miejsc do posiedzenia. Niestety nie mieliśmy czasu skorzystać z basenu i spa. Ogólne bardzo dobre wrażenie hotelu psuje niesympatyczna i mało pomocna obsługa recepcji. Zameldowanie trwało bardzo długo i było najgorszym doświadczeniem z pobytu w tym hotelu. Obsługa śniadania była bardzo dobra, pomocna i miła.

Vi hadde bestilt rom med terrasse. Deilig med morgensol og kaffe i varmen tenkte vi. Veldig varmt og vi manglet parasoll så jeg tok kontakt med resepsjonen. Det tok 4 dager før den var på plass etter flere purringer!!
Vedrørende renhold var det mangel på toalettpapir (noe jeg også ga beskjed om i resepsjonen)og dusjsåpe når dette var tomt.
Med dette mener jeg obligatoriske ting burde være standard og ikke noe man må spørre etter!!

Zodra we aankwamen, een slechte impact met het vrouwelijke personeel van de receptie, onbeschoft en onprofessioneel. We hadden een rookvrije suite geboekt voor twee volwassenen en een jongen, we bevonden ons in een militaire slaapzaal met 4 eenpersoonsbedden. De volgende dag veranderden ze van kamer. Niet lelijk maar te restaureren. Het plafond had veel waterinfiltraties. Overdoen. Al met al iets meer dan genoeg zeker voor de locatie.
Er wordt op de site gesproken over een privéstrand…. Het staat in de overeenkomst.... want je betaalt en niet een beetje.

I loved the Amenities the hotel had as well as the free bar and daily free refill. The sauna and gym was good however, I would have liked to have seen a little more variety.
Unfortunately my room's cleanliness was a slight let down with some of the information sheets having spill marks of sodas and some spillage stains on the carpet.

This is a really nice hotel. The room we were upgraded to had a balcony, was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and charming — always wishing you, ‘Good day’ or ‘Good night’. The walk to the centre takes about 15 minutes but there are lots of good restaurants and shops immediately around the place. The sea is a five minute walk. We felt looked after and relaxed. The rooftop bar has great views across the city and the rooftop pool, while small, must be blissful in the summer.
The only very slight negative was the slim shower screen that made it difficult not to wet the bathroom floor.
All in all a super hotel.

Big thanks to the nice crew with excellent service - front desk, valet parking, repairman, bar staff. Great location. We love the rooftop jacuzzi and bar vibes, valet parking, TV with bbc channel.
