Couldn’t sleep all night dust everywhere when called guest service they sent a cleaning lady to wipe the headboard but the dust was everywhere. When called back again the operator said she will call us back and never did. Ended up sleeping on the sofa when I talked to manager in the morning and showed videoed of everything how the dust is floating all over the bed she told us we will give you $100 back. I was already upset then to hear this which I paid almost $400 room which we didn’t even sleep in, it really made me think how this hotel is. Worst hotel to stay in. Never going back

Always best to stay at Embassy sweet by hilton niagara. It was my second time of stay and as satisfactory as ever. Strongly recommend it.

Great and fast service. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were all nice and warm. The vouchers received during check-in were 120% useful. A bit disappointing about breakfast, but the restaurant's view was perfect!

You have to pay $70 CAD to park at the hotel, on top of that, you have to wait 15+ minutes for an elevator because the hotel is so busy. The elevator skips floors or just doesn’t stop on the floor you want. You’re better off taking the stairs if you wanna get to the lobby from your room or vise versa in a timely manner. The view is over too far to see the Niagara Falls fireworks. View of the horseshoe falls is pretty good. No complaints about the room, my biggest issue was the elevator, you pay so much money for this hotel & you have to wait 15+ minutes for an elevator to even stop on your floor.

Serious problem in elevator's waiting time. Average +10 min.
The buffet is not exactly what is shown in the social media. The photos should be changed.
The service at the breakfast buffet is not the best, your request for anything easily could be ignored.

suite is good for family.
we were asked if we wanted an upgrade for 100 cad for a premium room at the higher floor. i was hesitant, but gave in since i have 2 kids.
the whole day of dec 24 was cloudy so my upgrade was somewhat wasted. lol (i should have listen to my instinct not to give in)
overall stay was awesome.

The hotel is too big which accommodates a large number of guests. Therefore it’s crowded all the time, especially check-in time and breakfast time. The location is wonderful but may try other hotels next time.

I booked hotel for wrong date and was simply requesting to change date, nope they wouldn’t help for 500 for nothing worst company
