나이아가라 폭포는 너무 멋있었어요. 호텔 조식도 좋았고 모노레일을 탄다면 바로 앞이라서 위치도 좋았어요. 베리 굿!

很舒適地理位置很好 鄰近falls incline railway 不到三分鐘直達大瀑布 而且價錢親民包括早餐 雖然早餐一般 但是很高性價比 工作人員禮貌友善

What makes a difference, for me, is the staff.
Most hotels more or less offer the same sort of rooms.
The staff here was wonderful. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and efficient.
I will return.

The location is great to walk to the Fallsview ******. I will book next time again if I stay over in Niagara Falls.

We have stayed here at least 5 times in the past. This time I was disappointed. Water was warm at best. The staff seemed apathetic. The breakfast selections seemed less than in the past

I found the room hotter than I like for sleeping and couldn't turn it lower. The fan on the unit was a little loud and couldn't turn the frequency of it coming on to less times

If I was a manage I would have the pool and hot tub serviced at night and open from 7:am to 10:pm sitar my guests could enjoy the pool in the mornings before they leave, especially if coming to relax. Not being able to relax for half a day is not why they booked at the hotel. Everyone we talked to on our stay felt the same way. Thank you for listening
